Kimika's POV

"That bitch has no idea what volleyball is!" Miyoko scrunched her face as her cheeks started to turn red from anger. "Mother, have you dealt with fangirls before??"

"Well, I was dating a Middle Blocker in high school." Mother contemplates before sitting down next to Father who raised an eyebrow while eating. I watched silently as Emiko pressed on about Mother's high school days. "He was one of the Top 3 Middle Blockers in the nation. And he had a lot of fangirls. Hm, mm." She shakes her head. "There's this one time, he didn't do anything about their pestering towards me. But he goes ahead and scare my own fanboys. Geez."

"Wow, Mother was so popular back then." Miyoko comments. "So, how did you meet Daddy again??"

Father clears his throat as Mother giggles in front of us. I wanted to know as well. Because it's rare to even hear stories about how Mother and Father meet.

"Tora, would you like to explain?" Mother jested as I see a faint blush below his eyes as he averts them. Mother playfully slaps his upper arm. "Your Father may seem tough and aggressive on the outside. But I actually asked him out on our first date. I actually attended his first Asian Games and I just couldn't stop watching him play."

"I solely remembered you wanted to watch your ex. But, I caught your eyes instead." Father chimes in. "I was in most of the time while he only played in 3 rotations." It felt like Father was proud of it as I continued to listen in while my sisters giggled at Father's comment. "Then she wanted my autograph—."

"And then I had to initiate the relationship." Mother scoffs. "Your Father was so shy, even if he was busy—."

"I was." He shrugs.

"Shh." Mother hushed as she continued. "I needed help from your from a mutual friend in order to get this man to take me out."

"And then we dated—pursued our careers—married—and have you 3." Father finishes it to Mother's dismay.

"Tora, there's more."

"You can tell them the details, but who wants that?" He looks at me as I nodded abruptly, totally agreeing what he said. I just want the facts first. If I'm really into it, I want to know the decorated details. "Now, what happened at the practice match?" He changed the subject as Miyoko grunts in annoyance.

"We lost in 2," Emiko starts it off, "very close and it's just a step towards improvement. Miyoko's mad at the Miya Brothers' fangirls slandered Mika before we got home."

I shrugged and put on my poker face after finish eating. "I got nothing on them. They don't know how to play volleyball, so..."

"Don't you feel any offended by this?" Miyoko looks over in front of Emiko to me.

"Oh, I was. By the things they said. Actually, I'm a bit confused on why they would say that." I admitted.

"What did they say, Mika?" Father asked, his eyes flickering towards mine.

"'You should never have come back.'" I recalled, only that. That's the only thing that burned itself on my skin that made my blood boil. The same burning goes with the one about Osamu. Father narrowed his eyes and placed his clasp hands to his chin.

"Who has the audacity to say that to my daughter!?" Mother was furious. "Who are these girls?"

"Fangirls of the Miya Twins." Emiko answered, a bit frightened on how our parents will react to this. "But we think we know who's involved. Because one of our new teammates confessed that was her sister's doing."

"Who is she? Name?" Mother demanded as Father sat there silently. But the anger did not leave his eyes.

"Asana Kimura~" I answered, making sure that I put emphasis in her name.
