Dear Dean, (Mpreg)

The Fourth month

Dean began to show a little bit, less then he did with the twins. He was getting up out of bed getting ready for his check up.

He walked out of his room hearing screaming in the twins room.

"What!?" Dean said running into their room.

He saw Jack throwing toys at his sister.

"JACK!" Dean picked him up and took the toys out of hand.

"How are you two out of your cribs!?" Dean asked.

"Dadda let us out." Jack said in his dads arms.

"Where is Dadda?" Dean asked realizing Cas wasn't in bed when he woke up.

Cas came in with food, "Hey sleepy head." Castiel says setting the food down on the dresser walking over kissing his boyfriends cheek.

"Hey." Dean said with a smile.

"You can't leave the room with them out of their cribs Cas."

"Sorry, did something happen?"

"Jack threw toys at Claire."

Cas looked at Claire holding her head, crying on the floor.

"Why go for Jack? She's hurt?" Cas said picking up Claire looking at her head.

"Tried to get him to stop throwing and I was going to put him in his crib."

"Okay, well she's fine no cuts."

"Okay well, we have to put them in the car seats we have to go for my check up for this little one." Dean said putting his hand on his round belly.

"Right." Cas smiled and began to put clothing on Claire while Dean was putting on clothes for Jack.

"Shoes!" Cas said looking for Claire's slip ons.

"Closet, her side on the shelf." Dean said putting on Jacks pants.

"Thank you honey!"

They all head out of the house grabbing everything, they put the twins in their car seats and head out. Cas was driving and saw Jack hitting Claire through the mirror. "JACK! Stop hitting your sister!" Cas yelled.

Dean looked at Cas then turned to look in the back, Dean glared at Jack and Jack saw his father was mad. He put his hands in his lap, and put his head down.

Dean looked at Claire who was now crying and put his hand out and comforted her by touching her leg.

"It's okay honey." Dean said looking at his daughter.

He then turned around and watched Cas drive, "Did you bring Jack's moose?" Dean asked Cas.

"SHIT NO!" Castiel said looking at Dean for a second then back on the road.

"Okay let's hope he behaves." Dean said.

They finally arrived and grab the twins, Dean grabbed Claire and Cas took Jack.

Claire begin to cry in Dean's arms she was kicking and hungry. Dean grabbed her feet, "Don't kick mommy, you will hurt me."

Claire stopped kicking hugging Dean, "I'm sowwie!" Claire said with her arm around his neck.

"It's okay, what do you need?"

"Food!" Claire said shooting her head up.

"Okie Dadda will get you some of your snacks when we get inside okay?"

"Okie!" She smiled and the tears stopped.

Dean gave Claire to Cas and they sat in the waiting room when Dean went to check in.
