Dear Dean, (Mpreg)

How many this time?

  Dean and Cas walk into the clinic for a check up, while Sam and Gabriel were watching the four trouble makers.

  The nurse came to get them and she asked "You guys just want all the kids huh?" She said jokingly.

  "All of our kids were accidents so, none of them were planned." Dean said.

  "Oh, welp."

  "We will just tell them they were a gift from god."

  The nurse laughed and walked them in the room, "You know the drill." She said closing the door.

  Dean got on the table and lifted his shirt, even though he was now three months pregnant he barley even showed just had a little bump.

  The doctor came in and put the gel on Dean's stomach, she got the camera ready and prepped and looked at Dean.

  "Third time? What don't you have four kids now?" She asked smiling.

  "Yes, this was the only kid that we used a condom on."

  "Oh..."

  "Yea so let's hope no twins this time." Dean said.

  Doctor smiled and turned on the screen, she wanted to make a joke but she probably shouldn't but she did.

  "Dean, Cas, your having twins." The doctor said.

  "OH HELL NO!" Dean screamed putting his hands on his face.

  "I'm kidding, it's just one kid." She said smiling with a laugh.

  "You aren't f-ing with us are you?"

  "No, just one kid."

  "Thank god." Dean said relieved.

  While Cas was upstairs putting all their monkeys away, Dean went in the fridge and got out pie. He took a slice and put the rest back.

  He began to eat it, Cas came around the corner seeing Dean eating pie.

  "Dean you already had some after dinner. Put that up."

  "No! I'm pregnant, and you can't tell me what to do."

  "I'm your husband..."

  "And?"

  "I can take away sex privileges..." Castiel said crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow.

  Dean looked at his pie and looked at Cas a few times, "Fair point." Dean put the pie in the fridge and went over to Cas.

  "It's up, can we?"

  "No." Castiel said.

  "WHY!" Dean said very dramatically.

  "Because I said so."

  Dean then suspected Cas was teasing him and yet he was, Dean pushed Cas on the counter and took off Castiel's tie. He used that tie to, wrap around Cas' wrists and then used the rest to tie to a hook on a cupboard.

  Dean then moved Castiel's shirt up and began to kiss him up his torso, and back down to his pelvis. Dean began to take off Castiel's belt, he then lowered both their pants.
