Dear Dean, (Mpreg)

New born

  Castiel and Dean were heading to the hospital getting all of their things, Claire and Jack are now four years old. Amber and Luna are now two years old. And now there was going to be a new one added to the family.

  Dean was having contractions in the car and screaming, all the kids were screaming too. Worried that their mom was hurt.

  "What's happin to mommy!!" Amber said.

  "She's okay, your going to see your sibling soon." Cas said.

  They finally arrive and Sam meets them in the parking lot, Sam takes the kids to the waiting room while Cas rushes Dean in.

  The doctors who have given Dean his c section saw him being wheeled in with another pregnancy. "Pregnant again? Twins?" The doctor said wheeling Dean to the OR with Cas.

  "No one kid this time thank god."

  "We're you guys intending on this kid?"

  "No, accident just like the other two pregnancy's, but this one was one where we actually used a condom."

  "Well at least you used a condom this time."

  "Yea, now get this child out of me!" Dean said having another contraction.

Dean was headed into the room he was beginning to get set up for his C-section. Castiel stood behind him like he was for the first two times.

"Okay Dean, we will cut into your now." The doctor said.

Dean nodded and held Castiel's hand, Dean could see the doctors cutting.

10:00am their new addition was born, male, 7.5lbs, healthy.

Dean has finally gotten home with their son, he walked in and saw Castiel with the kids.

Amber and Luna were in their play bins, and Jack and Claire were playing with Cas on the floor. "Honey I'm home!" Dean said.

Cas looked up from the living room, with the two kids on his back. "Hey honey." Castiel said standing up with the twins still dangling from him.

He made his way to Dean, with the twins hanging from him. He kissed Dean on the cheek and saw him carrying the baby in a carrier.

"Named him yet?" Castiel asked.

"No, I want to have the older twins help on a name with us."

"That would be lovely."

"We get to name him!" The twins said hanging from Cas.

"Yes you do!" Dean said smiling.

They all went to the living room, Cas sat down on the couch and the twins climbed off of him. Dean slowly sat down to be carful of his stitches.

Jack and Claire sat down on the couch, "I want to hold him!" Jack said.

Dean and Cas looked at Jack and looked at each other. Castiel didn't want Jack to hold him due to his behavior.

"Promise me and dad you won't hit him. And you'll be very careful?" Dean asked.

"YES I PROMISE!" Jack said putting out his pinky.

Dean linked up their pinkies, he then turned to the carrier and unbuckled the infant. Dean set the infant in Jack's arms he used a pillow to support the babies head incase Jack couldn't keep his hand there.

"Claire do you know any names to name your new brother?" Cas asked.

"A mistake." Claire then jumped off the couch and ran over to the twins.
