Dear Dean, (Mpreg)

What Happened?

 
  Dean was in a drug store a week after they had sex, Dean grabbed a few pregnancy tests and bought them. "For your wife?" The cashier asked.

  "Uh yeah..." Dean said.

  Dean comes home and sees Sam watching the twins while Castiel was back at work.

  "Hey Dean, what's in the bag?" Sammy asked turning the corner with the twins in his arms.

  "Pregnancy tests." Dean said then running to the bathroom.

  "Shit!" Sam said quietly so the twins wouldn't hear.

  Dean peed in a plastic cup he bought, then used the three pregnancy tests setting them with the caps back on and putting them on the counter. He threw the piss in the toilet and flushed it throwing away the cup in the trash can.

  He set a timer waiting, the timer finally rung and he looked at the sticks. They all said positive.

  "SHIT!" Dean screamed.

  He came out with all the sticks in one of the boxes.

  "What did they say?" Sam asked.

  "I'm pregnant!"

"Oh god, how are you going to tell Cas?"

"I'm just going to give him the box."

  Dean then put the box in his coat pocket and grabbed the twins from Sam. He put them in their play pin. He paid Sammy and watched him leave later seeing Castiel pull into the driveway.

  "Shit..." Dean said closing the door going back to the twins.

  Castiel walked in and greeted Dean with a kiss, Dean put his hand in his pocket and handed Castiel the box.

  Castiel grabbed it seeing it's a pregnancy box, he then saw the sticks and read them all saying positive.

  "Fuck, how did this happen?" Castiel asked.

  "The bath tub when Sammy took the kids."

  "We barley have enough to support us four, shit!"

  "Shit!" Jack screeched from the pin.

  "NO!" Dean and Cas scream.

  "SHIIIT!" Jack screamed.

  "No bad word, not okay!" Dean said turning around at Jack.

"Cas, I'm pregnant again! What if I have twins again..." he said scared.

"I'll be getting a raise so we will be able to support ourselves better, and now we're using condoms."

"Yea no kidding we will." Dean said with a chuckle.

"Now we got to worry about Jack not saying words he shouldn't." Cas said.

  Two months go by and the twins are now one years old, they were having a birthday party for the twins. Their families came and celebrated in their house, no one knew Dean was pregnant except for Dean, Cas, and Sam.

  Dean wasn't showing yet, which was good. The more they can keep it a secret the better until they felt like it was time.

  Dean began to eat some food, to satisfy his cravings from the baby. "Dean?" Castiel asked.

  "Yes?"

  "How you feeling?"

  "Goo-" Dean covered his mouth and ran to the bathroom. Everyone watched him and moved out of the way, Dean slammed open the door and threw up in the toilet.

  Cas followed and shut the door, Mary came by and knocked to see if her son is okay.

  "Mary, not now..." Castiel said opening the door
the slightest bit.

  Mary pushed through and comforted her son, "Are you sick?" She asked Dean.

  "No."

  Mary felt his forehead he wasn't burning up "what's wrong then?"

  "Nothing.." Dean said.

  "Dean...are you pregnant again?" She asked looking worried.

  "No mom I'm fine. Just ate something weird."

  "Dean I know when you're lying what's wrong?" Mary said meeting Dean's eyes.

  "Fine yes, I'm pregnant."

  "How far."

  "Two months."

  "Why didn't you tell me when you found out?"

  "I thought you would yell at me for being irresponsible."

  "Dean, was it intentional?" Mary asked.

  "No.."

  "It's okay we all make mistakes." Mary said pulling in her son.

  Dean walks out with Cas and Mary, everyone asks him if he was okay. He nodded, and said everything was okay.

  "PAPPA is prgnint!" Jack said smacking his tray in his chair.

  Dean looked at Jack, and looked at everyone else. Most of them thought they adopted the twins, "Jack that's funny but men can't be pregnant." Dean said.

  "You wer prgnint wit us!" Jack said confused and not being able to say some words correctly.

  "Nooo, that's silly." Dean said beginning to fear of what people will do.

  Adam went up to Dean and pulled his shirt, he showed there was a C-section. Dean pushed his shirt down and pushed his brother off of him.

  "You are pregnant! You freak." Adam said.

  A lot their family stood by Dean and attacked Adam, "leave him alone!" Gabriel yelled shoving Adam.

  "NO FIGHTING!" Cas screamed.

  Sam drug Adam out of the house and closed the door. Sam went back in and everyone didn't care that Dean had the ability to have kids.

  Dean grabbed the twins out of their high chairs and cleaned off the cake off of their face. Jack went running around and climbed on top of Sam with his moose.

  Sam lifted him up in the air, Jack began to laugh and giggle. Claire was still sitting near Dean, "Pappa?" Claire asked.

  "Yes princess?" Dean responded looking at his daughter standing in front of him.

  "Where is pop pop?" She asked wondering where John was.

  "Oh grandpa John, uh he should be here somewhere." Dean took Claire by her hand and walked with her. He saw John on another beer looking drunk.

  "Go find Dadda." Dean said to Claire pointing to the living room, he saw her run to Cas and pointed to the kitchen.

  Cas came but left Claire with Gabriel and Sam, "What?" Cas asked meeting Dean in the kitchen.

  Dean pointed to John, "Dad why are you drunk on your grandkids birthday!" Pulling the beer bottle out of his hand.

  "I saw beer I drank, want one?" Handing Dean a beer.

  "No! I'm pregnant." Dean put the beer on the counter, he then moved his dad do the bathroom to wash up.

  "Mom?" Dean said going into the living room telling Mary what happened. She went to go take care of him.

  Dean sat down and right as he did Claire ran to him jumping into his lap. "PAPPA!" Claire sat on Dean's lap and snuggled into his chest.

  "Hey sweetie." Dean said in a loving tone holding his daughter.
