Dear Dean, (Mpreg)

Birthing

Dean woke up and felt pain in his stomach, "CAS!" Dean said smacking Cas awake.

"Wha!"

"I think I'm having contractions!" Dean said holding his stomach.

Castiel hopped off and checked the calendar today was the day, they marked as a possible day he would give birth.

"Dean! I'll pack the hospital bag." Castiel said.

"Okay." Dean began to have a contraction and it was three minutes apart from the first one.

Cas got Dean in the van and he grabbed the twins, they all went in the van and headed to the hospital.

Dean was in a wheel chair he was pushed by Cas, Dean and the twins in his lap. They got their room and the doctors took Dean into the operation room.

Cas pulled out his phone and called up Sam, "I need you to watch the twins, Dean is giving birth to the other twins."

"MORE TWINS!!"

"Yes please we're at the hospital I'll send the address."

"Okay I'm coming!" Castiel then hung up and waited for Sam.

Sam arrived Castiel then gave the twins to Sam and ran to the OR, he got washed up and put the clothes on they gave him.

Castiel stood behind Dean, holding his hand. The doctors began to surgically cut Dean's stomach, Dean was looking at the ceiling. Cas put his head in Dean's neck to not pass out by the sight of the cut.

Baby number one, female, born at 9:00 am: 7.0lbs and healthy.
Baby number two, female, born at 9:05 am: 7.5lbs and healthy.

The doctors stitched up Dean, he was placed in his room to rest. Castiel went into the nursery to see the twins, he saw his two girls and saw they both had blonde hair like their mom.

Castiel sat in awe and watched his two girls sleep.

Days go by and Dean and the babies are still in the hospital, Dean finally gets to see his babies he sits up and is given his first born.

"Hey baby girl." Dean smiled holding her.

"I have a name for you sweetie, Amber, Amber Sam Winchester." Dean looked at Sam who heard his name.

Sam smiled being honored to have his name as her middle name, he gave Amber to Castiel while the other nurse gave the other twin.

"Cas, want to name her?" Castiel nodded and stood next to Dean.

"Luna, Luna Nova Winchester. For her calmness and beauty." Castiel smiled then kissing Dean's head.

"Luna and Amber. Our two new daughters." Dean said smiling.

The other twins come running to Amber and Luna, "I WANT TO SEE!" Claire said all excited.

Castiel kneeled to the floor with Amber in his arms, "Meet your sister Jack and Claire, this is Amber." Castiel said.

"If you hit her or Luna, or even anyone Jack. You will be in deep trouble." Castiel said scolding Jack knowing he might hurt his sisters.

"Is Luna a boy?!" Jack said.

"No Luna is your sister." Dean said.

"I WANT A BROTHER!!! GIVE ME A BROTHER!!!" Jack said stomping and screaming.

"JACK KLINE WINCHESTER! Stop it or you will leave." Cas said.

Jack ran to Sam and sat in his lap, Cas looked at Sam and shook his head. Sam put Jack off of his lap, Jack was now standing on the floor.
