Jack part two

Dean woke up and walked downstairs he saw Castiel asleep in the couch with Claire in his arms.

Jack was sitting on the floor still, in the empty pin crying. He looked up and saw Dean, "MOMMY!!" Jack screamed jumping up crying for his mom.

Castiel woke up to Jack he then went and put Claire in her crib upstairs and came back down seeing Dean, he didn't know if he should pick up Jack.

"Dean, come to the kitchen." Dean listened and went to kitchen hearing Jack scream louder for his mom.

"We need to schedule an appointment for Jack, either we're doing something wrong or something is actually wrong with him." Castiel said worried for their son.

"I agree, Claire doesn't act like Jack. The only time she does is when she sees him do it and she copies him."

"Want to schedule an appointment for Jack?" Dean asked Cas.

"Yea I'll go on my laptop and schedule it. You can go pick him up now, make sure to talk to him what he did wrong."

"I will." Dean left the kitchen seeing Jack crying for her, "Mommy's here." He said picking Jack up.

Jack snuggled into his chest and hugged Dean, Dean sat down on the couch putting Jack next to him.

"Jack do you know why we put you in there?" Dean asked Jack.

Jack shook his head wiping his tears away.

"You hurt your sister, bad. You hurt her really bad." Dean said in a mad voice.

Jack looked at Dean, "I'm Sowwie! Se took muh toy!" Jack said.

"We'll ask for it or call one of us, you don't go hurting people."

"I'm sowwie mommy!" Jack said crawling to his mom and hugging her.

"Don't say sorry to me, say sorry to your sister." Dean said.

Jack nodded and began to crawl off the couch, his pants began to fall. Dean pulled them up, he then walked with Jack up the stairs.

Claire woke up in her crib sitting there waiting for Dean or Cas. Dean opened the door and saw her up, he let her out and put her on the floor near Jack.

Jack went to hug her and flinched running to Dean she grabbed his leg and began to cry trying to get up.

"It's okay Claire." Dean said putting her back near Jack.

"I'm sowwie Clar!" Jack said with a pouty face and finally hugging her.

Claire hugged him back and "its okay Jackie!" Claire said.

Dean smiled, Cas came up the stairs and into the twins room. He saw Jack was apologizing to Claire, he smiled and stood in the doorway.

"OWE!" Dean yelled holding onto his stomach kneeling to the floor.

"DEAN!" Cas ran to Dean.

"MOMMY!" Jack and Claire yelled and went to their mommy.

"It's okay guys." Dean said.

"You sure?"

"Yea just the first kick." Dean said placing Cas's hand on his stomach. Cas felt a kick.

"A kick!" Cas said smiling.

Jack went over to his mom and put his hand on Dean's belly. "What am I loo-" Jack felt a kick and jumped.

"What's inside mommy!" Jack said with fear.

"Your sibling." Dean said.

"Are they hurting you mommy?!" Jack asked.

"No, mommy's fine Jack." Dean said.

Jack hugged Dean and smiled, he then went to his toys and began to play with his piano toy.

Dean then got up, with Castiel's help. Dean picked up Claire and sat in the rocking chair, he pulled out a book and began to read to Claire.

Jack looked up from his little kitty piano and saw Dean reading to Claire. He got angry that he wasn't getting attention and threw his piano.

Dean looked up from the book and looked at Jack, "Jack! We don't throw things!"

"I want to listen to the story!" Jack screamed.

"Then come over here and be nice." Dean said.

Jack ran over to Dean and crawled onto his lap with Claire, Jack leaned onto Claire and hugged her. Dean began to read the story.

Cas came back in the twins rooms and watched Dean reading to the twins. "How's the book?" Castiel asked.

Jack put his finger out and over his mouth, he began to make a noise. "SHHH! Momma is reading dadda shh!" Castiel then made a fake shocked face and smiled at Jack.

"Okay okay..." Castiel said, he backed up and left.

Dean finished the book and felt very fatigued, "ANOTHER ONE!" Jack said.

"No, mommy has to lay down."

"No, I want another book."

"Mommy says no." Dean put the twins down and began to walk out.

Jack ran to Dean and pulled on his pant leg, "Mommy another book!"

"No mommy can't." Dean began to feel light headed.

"Mommy! Book!"

"CAS!" Dean yelled, Cas walked up the stairs and saw Dean having Jack hooked on her.

"Cas I need to lay down, I don't feel so well." Dean said looking pale and fatigued.

"Okay, Jack let go of mom."

"I want another book!" Jack said.

"I will read you one, let go of mommy."

Jack let go of Dean and Cas looked at Dean, "Dean you okay?" Dean began to become pale, and light headed.

Dean fell into Castiel's arms, "DEAN!" Cas yelled, he pulled out his phone and called nine-one-one.

"Yes my boyfriend is pregnant and fainted in my arms. I need someone here." Castiel said beginning to cry.

The ambulance came to their house and got Dean, Castiel stayed at the house to gather the twins.

Castiel arrived at the hospital and sat in the waiting room with the twins, Claire and Jack saw Castiel crying. They knew something was wrong and they didn't fight or do anything to make Castiel sad.

A doctor came and got Castiel, and brought him to the room Dean is in.

"Hey baby." Dean said adjusting himself up in the bed.

"Hey, is everything okay?" Cas asked.

"Cas, promise you won't get mad...." Dean asked.

"What?"

"It's twins...."

"Twins?"

"Yes we have twins again."

"Okay, that's fine."

Castiel held Dean's hand and kissed his knuckles, "I love you Dean, I won't ever leave you just because of this."

"Promise!" Dean said.

"I promise." Castiel said.
