So Hero quickly leaves the cave
To go to marsh where nest was made.
There hearing wicked crows inside
Where wretched fowls most sure abide. To use the tool that Vulcan gave
A loudest clapping sound he made.
And murd'rous fowl begin to shriek
In place that surely rotten wreaks. From marsh the wretched creatures flee
In hopes avoiding murder spree.
But Heras Wrath's prepared for plan
They made to try avoiding man.Who slew their kin in greatest mass
To depths of hades fowl be cast.
If demi-god should gain his way
Then all their kind would godling slay.He notches poison darts on bow
Then draws to bring the creatures woe.
From sky they fall like dying rain
As hero wreaks on creatures pain. From marsh the bird a swiftly flushed
By poison arrows quickly hushed.
So hero stands in killing field
And death to birds he quickly dealsRepeating task for half the day
Till all the birds on ground are laid.
And after hero's sure he's slain
The birds in marshland wretched lain.He gathers corpse from dying field
As proof that labor six he yields.
Then start on path to city Tyrne
In hopes another labor earn. And gain his freedom quick and well
To free himself from Zeuses spell.
