-At the end of the war, Suna and Kohona wanted their villages to be more united. When his father became Hokage. The Fire and wind Daimyo wanted them to marry Ryoko the daughter of the Third Kazekage. At age 16 he married Ryoko.
-Both Asahi and Ryoko have just returned to Kohona aka The hidden Village in the leaf after their honeymoon on October 9th.
