Quirk Drawback: The drawback is when he would be a bit slower when he uses his light quirk for too long but with the suit helping to overcome the drawback.

Motive (goal) / main personally: wanted to be a true hero to everyone not just in it for the fame or glory. He would be a true hero to protect anyone from harm and will risk his life to do it.

Hero Costume Design: white skintight suit with yellow, glowing lining across the entire suit and the cape he wears could have the battery percentage on the backside of the cape and will make a sound when he's almost out of energy. The boots could be friction resistant since he'll be moving at fast speeds and some elliptical goggles to protect his eyes. The goggles could be white and the lenses could be yellow.
Hero Costume Function: the shockproof material for the skintight suit is based on the battery aspect and the drawback would be that when he would be a bit slower when he uses his light quirk but the suit would help the drawback with the battery aspect of the suit should work like an ACTUAL batter and the light energy should fade over time, especially if he's using the light energy. So when he can absorb light energy even from electricity is where the shockproof comes into play. It would be light but very strong, hard and flexible material that would protect the hero and would have energy absorb and release properties that works with his quirk plus when he sees any light source he would absorb it like electricity, the sun's ray or anything that provides light into his body and costume that would be stored for later use like a battery.
Other abilities besides relating to his solid light/light manipulation quirk: He would create any solid light objects with the plasma particles in the air that makes up light energy for any situation. He would teleport and travel in the speed of light that his costume would help with that. When he sees any light source he would absorb it like electricity, the sun's ray or anything that provides light into his body and costume that would be stored for later use like a battery. His physical prowess is immense since he is very versatile and strong in a fight with his light quirk.
Training: Kirinoku would train to perfect and improve his quirk and his body physical to stay in shape and not be behind those three in secret like trying to absorb more light energy that could mean more storage for lasting longer to overcharge like his endurance to be more effective on the field. The second part would be trying to maintain his energy efficiency so when he goes by the speed a light and making solid light objects more hard solid he would just use a small amount of light energy he needed and finally third part would be lifting weights to improve his strength and power whenever he punches, kicks or using solid light objects with more force when in combat. That would be his training when he has time on it.
