ZOEY (will she make it?)

                                                 KATE'S POV.
   I watched as Sofie walked away after hearing Daryl's scream.

      I think I heard him scream Zoey .

I stood in one spot and watched as Sofie started crying .

    Why is she crying ?

I watched her as she looked over to Daryl who was just quiet trying to fight back his tears

   I don't really understand what's going on .

I was still  staring at the both of them confused when I saw a lifeless body lying on the floor .

    I think it was Zoey .

I looked again to be sure and I saw it was really Zoey .

    " Why did this have to happen to her ?
       Why this ? " I heard Sofie say .

I don't know but I felt joy in me . Of course I'm happy . Ever since Zoey came into Daryl's life , Daryl hardly spends time with me and we're childhood friends . I told Daryl about my feelings for him but he told me he already has feelings for someone else . I asked him who and he said Zoey .

    What !!!

That was like a bomb for me . I get that Zoey lost her parents few years back and is now staying with Daryl but I didn't know he'll fall for her that easily.

The worst part was when he asked her to be his girlfriend right in front of my very eyes .

   Hatred and jealousy filled me instantly.

They even kissed in front of me and all my friends clapped their hands happily including that little pest " Emmy " .

    "  She's really beautiful ".  Sofie my closest friend send to me that day .

   To hell I care !

       " She's really beautiful and so what ?? "I asked her back .

        "  I think that's why Daryl chose her over you " . She said making me really pissed .

I slapped her instantly and that's what caused the end of our friendship .

  I can't believe he chose that cheap thing over me ... Mrs classy .

I got more pissed when Daryl invited her to follow us on vacation and she foolishly agreed including her pest of a sister .

It was supposed to be the five of us ; I , Sofie,  Andrain, Lindy and Daryl since we're from a rich home and we're the five coolest kids and most popular kids in Newyork city.

    But no , Daryl invited that commoner and her sister over .

That got me really pissed . The more Daryl and Zoey became closer , the more hatred and jealousy filled me .

  I have to act to be friends with her so I won't look like a bad person in the eyes of Daryl . I was the one who told Zoey to hug Andrain as a form of appreciation knowing fully well Daryl will  get so pissed since he's a jealous freak . I really need to destroy their relationship.

  I need to get Zoey out of the way and have Daryl all to myself but I have to gain Zoey's trust first .

    I need to get Zoey out of the way even if it causes her death .

So seeing Zoey lying lifeless on the floor , made me extremely happy because my plan is gradually working.  If she's gone , Daryl will be mine and only mine.

   I smirked evily staring at Zoey .

Sofie turned to me and yelled. 

     " To hell with you Kate !!!"  But I didn't mind . I just smirked more widely .
