❤ ZOEY'S POV ❤ I watched as Emmy and Lindy came back and joined us in the dinning.
I looked up and I found them all staring at me .
What's it again ??
" What ? " I asked.
" We've eaten and you still need to tell us what happened last night . " Sofie said.
She's right , but I'm feeling so weak and I feel like I'll pass out any moment from now .
What's really happening ??
" Maybe a quick nap will make me feel better . " I thought.
" Okay ... Okay , I'll tell you guys but first , I need to rest " . I said getting up.
I walked slowly but all of a sudden , my feets glued to that spot.
I can't even feel my legs anymore.
What's happening ?
I felt my heart being ripped off and my body becoming lifeless .
I don't know what happened next but the last thing I heard was my name .
I arrived at a dark , quiet place . It was dark and scary and it feels like I'm the only one here .
I turned to my right and there , I saw a passage way leading to light . I turned to my left and I saw another passage way leading to a dark cave. It seems I'm in the middle of life and death .
I wasn't able to feel myself anymore.
I turned to my right and began walking towards the light. I could still hear my name coming from the direction of the light .
I continued walking till I was in front of the light . I was about entering when a strong force pulled me back to the middle of life and death.
I tried moving again but the more I tried , the closer I got to the dark cave.
" Help me !!! " I screamed but the only thing I heard was the echoing of my voice .
Am I dead ??
💞 DARYL'S POV 💞 " Zoey ... " We called again and she immediately turned facing us with her eyes as red as blood .
" What's happening ? " Sofie asked .
" Zoey ! " I called again but she kept staring at us .
" Zoey ... " Emmy called with a shaky voice. She was about running towards Zoey when Lindy stopped her and pulled her to herself.
" What's happening to Zoey " . Emmy said in tears.
" I don't know. " Lindy replied staring at Zoey.
" Zoey what's ... " Andrain was saying before Zeoy stopped him .
" I'M NOT ZOEY " . She said .
What does she mean ?
" What do you mean ? " I asked .
" I SAID I'M NOT ZOEY " . She said again.
" You're not Zoey ??? How can you say such a thing ... " Sofie said but Zoey looked at her angrily. She stared at us one at a time .
" GUESS THE REAL ZOEY HASN'T TOLD YOU GUYS WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT ... SO I'LL BE THE ONE TELLING YOU ALL " . She said but we all stared at her in awe .
" I CAME IN FORM OF A LITTLE GIRL TO GET ZOEY'S ATTENTION. WHEN SHE CAME INTO THE ABANDONED HOUSE , I LET THE SHADOW OF A LITTLE GIRL APPEAR ON THE WALL ... SHE BECAME SCARED SO SHE TRIED RUNNING AWAY BUT I MADE HER FALL ... THERE'S NO GOING BACK . I TOOK MY KNIFE AND IMMEDIATELY STABBED HER CHEST . SHE'S SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD BY NOW BUT I DECIDED TO LET HER LIVE SO , I ENTERED INTO HER BODY WHICH MADE HER PASS OUT TILL THIS MORNING . SHE'S BEEN HAVING SOME STRANGE SIGNS WHICH IS AS A RESULT OF MY SOUL IN HER BODY . " She said .
I can't believe this . Another soul is in Zoey's body ?
Why's she doing this .
" Why ... why are you doing this ?" I asked .
" I NEED TO BE WITH MY PARENTS . YOU HUMANS TOOK THEM AWAY FROM ME NINE YEARS AGO AND I'M STILL YET TO FIND THEIR SOULS BEFORE I CAN REST IN PEACE . I'VE TRIED DIFFERENT PEOPLE BUT NONE WAS ABLE TO BRING MY PARENTS SOULS BACK TO ME . THEY DIDN'T SURVIVE IT COS I RAN OUT OF PATIENCE . I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR NINE YEARS BUT IT SEEMS NO ONE CAN BRING MY PARENTS SOULS BACK TO ME. I'VE DECIDED TO TRY YOU ALL . IF YOU ALL CAN'T BRING MY PARENTS SOULS BACK TO ME, YOU'RE GOING TO LOOSE YOUR FRIEND. DON'T MAKE ME LOOSE MY PATIENCE. I CAN TAKE HER LIFE AWAY FROM HER , ANYWHERE AND AT ANYTIME AND I CAN COME AT ANYTIME JUST LIKE I'M DOING NOW . REMEMBER, DON'T MAKE ME LOOSE MY PATIENCE. YOUR TIMR STARTS NOW !!! " She said and immediately, Zoey's eyes became normal.
We stared at her still regaining from the shock the spirit left us in . She stared at her body for sometime then at us . She was about to walk when she immediately passed out .
" Zoey !!! " I called and immediately stopped her from falling to the ground .
