18: Having fun

He pulls me into a roller rink and I gulp. I have no idea how to skate. He passes me skates and laughs at me.
"You don't know how to skate, do you?" He asks
"Nope"
"Ha! Don't worry, I'll help you" he says with his usual grin
"Aww Thanks beanpole" We put the skates on and walk out onto the rink, he holds his hand out and I take it.

"I'll keep ya on your feet"
"Thanks Cherry! You're the best" I see his smile widen as he carefully pulls me along with him.

"After this we can go get ice cream and I will take you home"
"Thanks Satori! You're the best" I remark before he giggles;
"I know"
The Person on the DJ stand changes the song from an upbeat pop song to a slow love song, I look up at Satori as he pulls me in close.
"Satori you know I can't skate, it's useless trying to dance with me" I tell him
"I don't care if you can't skate, I'll dance with you regardless" I smile as he places my head on his chest and wraps his arms around me.

"Ya know.. this entire roller rink Idea... was just so I can hold you close.." he mumbles loud enough for me to hear
"Really..?"
"Yeah.. I knew you couldn't skate"
"Goshiki tell you?" I ask, He softly chuckles
"Yup" he responds
"This has been such a fun day..."
"Mhmm... you're really fun to be around paradise"
"So are you Cherry.." He smiles and hugs me tight as the song ends.

"You wanna go get some ice cream?" He offers
"Sure!"
"I know a great place nearby" I smile as he helps me off the rink and I take the skates off.
I exhale a breath of relief as I slip my converse back on and stand up, Satori grabs my hand and dashes to an ice cream shop.

We order our ice creams and begin walking back.
I sneakily slide my hand into his and intertwine our fingers. I feel him jump slightly as he got a fright.
"Are you okay Satori?" I ask
"S-sorry.. still not used to this getting affection thing.." he replies
"Aww, you'll get used it eventually" I see his face quickly light up with a smile as we arrive at my house.
