14: Reuniting

The week flashed before my eyes, before I knew it, it was time time to see Shiratorizawa! I pack my stuff before getting ready and joyfully skipping to the door. I put my shoes on with Toru and we walk along to the school. As we walk in a fan boy hands me cupcakes and I grin.
"Awww thank you so much! You're the one that gave me cookies last week, aren't you?" I ask before he smiles and nods
"Y-Yes I am!"
"You're an amazing baker! I'm sure those cupcakes will be amazing! Next time I see you I'll tell you how good they were!" I gleefully compliment him
"Y-you're too Kind Y/N!" He replies
"Y/N-Channn~ we have to get going to our match! Shiratorizawa won't wait for us!" Toru whines
"Coming Toru!" I pat the boy on the head and give him a hug as a thanks for the kind gesture and see him almost faint with happiness.
"Bye!" I cheer
"B-Bye Y/N!"
"Bye Toru!"
I wave as Toru drags me to the bus with him. I get on the bus with Toru and see everyone's faces light up as they see cupcakes.
"Hey Y/N! Where'd you get those?" Kindaichi asks
"A fanboy gave me them, he's a really good baker! You want one?" I offer
"Yes please!" I put the cupcakes down and take one for myself, Kindaichi and Kunimi both take one before I offer the cupcakes off to the rest of the team.

"Thanks Babykawa" iwaizumi says
"Thank you Y/N" Makki adds
"Thank you!" Toru also adds
"Oh damn you were right! They are a great baker!" The whole team chomps down on the cupcakes until there's only 2 left.
I decide I'll keep one for Satori and one for Goshiki to be nice.
"Awww keeping that for Tendō-sannnn?" Toru teases me
"And Goshikiiiii" I reply
"How thoughtful" On the bus there Kindaichi and Kunimi are chatting of how excited they are to be playing Against shiratorizawa again. As we arrive I pick up the small box with cupcakes and place it in my duffel bag as we walk in.

As we walk into the gymnasium I hear my name being called instantly.
"Y/N!" Goshiki cheers
"Shortstack!" I chuckle as I walk out and see Goshiki run to me with Satori Jogging behind. We meet half way, I'm away from my team and they're away from theirs.
"I missed you best friend!" Goshiki says as he hugs me
"I missed you too Goshiki! I can't wait to beat you again" I reply
"Hey-!" I cackle until Goshiki is called back, he frowns and sighs as he jogs away, leaving Satori and I.

"I missed ya paradise!" He says as he hugs me
"I missed you too Satori!" I reply as I wrap my arms around him
"How's your hand? Healed after that hit?" He asks
"Oh! Yeah!" I hold my hand out to show him and he quickly places his on top and intertwines our fingers.

"S-Satori!" I say with pink cheeks
"Come talk to me after the match paradise, got a favour to ask" he requests
"Why have you gotta be mysteriousssssss" I whine
"That's part of the Satori package! You paid for it with friendship and it cannot be refunded" We giggle as I get called back by Toru.

"See ya later Satori"
"See ya paradise, good luck"
