"Wait, what?" Riker asked, leaning himself back in his chair and inserting himself into the conversation.

"What?" Geordi asked, acting like he didn't just say anything to protect you and Data.

"You two had sex?" Riker asked, now directing his attention to you and Data.

"Who had sex?" Deanna asked, walking over to your table.

You smacked your head on the table. 

"No one had sex" Data exclaimed, trying to get everyone to mind their own business.

"Do we need another trial?" Riker asked.

"No" You and Data said, you both were not going to let another ridiculous trial happen without a fight for it not to.

"I think we do" Deanna agreed, nodding her head.

"Shut up, Deanna!" You and Data said.

"We're having another trial?" Picard asked, walking over to your table as well.

"No!" You and Data raised your voice.

"Data and y/n had sex" Deanna exclaimed.

"Shut up, Deanna!" You and Data almost shouted.

"Oh, shit..." Geordi said, chuckling and putting his hand over his face.

"You and Mister. Data had sex?!" Picard asked, turning his face over to you.

You smacked your forehead.

The next morning, you and Data were walking to the trial room. As you were walking, you looked at each other like 'I can't believe this crap' then looked back in front of you. Moments later, without saying anything. You and Data slowly felt each other brush each other's hands, so naturally you both took each other's hands to hold. You both let go before you got there. When you entered you started heading up right to the stand.

"Miss. Y/k-" Picard began to say before noticing you were already walking to the front.

"To the stand, I know" You sighed before sitting down.

"Now, Miss. Y/n" Riker said "Have you ever been intimate with Mister. Data?" Riker asked.

You sighed and before you could let out an answer, Riker added something.

"I guess I don't have to ask, I have evidence" Riker laughed.

"And what is that evidence?" Deanna asked.

"Shut up, Deanna!" You and Data said.

"Well, in one of Data's personal logs, he shares the information that he is the cause of y/k's heart rate increase" Riker smiled.

"Data, why the frick would you put that in your personal log???" You whisper-shouted with gritted teeth.

He raised his eyebrows and shrugged.

"Commander. Riker?" Picard identified Riker "I believe we should stop the trial, it's pointless" Picard exclaimed "And even if Mister Data is the cause of y/n's heart rate increase, that does not mean they have been intimate"

"Yeah, no kidding" You said "If you knew this why'd you make us do this in the first place?" You asked.

Picard avoided your question "The consequence will stay the same" Picard said "Data and you will only see each other for work purposes" Picard reminded you.

"Dismissed" Riker said.

As you and Data walked out, when you got to the hallway, you looked at each other in a sarcastic 'yeah right' sort of way. Then you both looked back in front of you. When you got to his quarters, you both nodded at each other, then he went inside and you started walking away. Data didn't get five feet in his quarters before coming back to get you. He grabbed your wrist and started practically dragging you back to his quarters.

"Who's the one breaking the rules now?" You laughed as soon as his door shut behind you. You were cut off by a kiss. 

Eventually you ended up on his couch, you on the bottom as he was hovering over you. Your hands were grabbing onto his collar while one of his hands was on the back of the couch while his other hand was right next to your head. You didn't know where his urge to make out came from, maybe something in the emotion chip? But you didn't mind.

"We should..." You said real quick before kissing him again "Stop" You said after another kiss then diving into another.

"Yes" He agreed kissing you again, now sitting up and sliding you onto his lap as you wrapped your arms around his neck "We should" He added breaking away only to kiss you again and put his hands on your thighs.

"Yes, you should" Geordi said. He was leaning up against the door frame.

This got you and Data to pull away from each other fast.

"I'll see you around" You said, bobbing your head.

He nodded as well. When you got outside his quarters, Geordi started leaning against the wall right next to his door, looking at you with his arms crossed. He had this stupid 'I know' smile that was honestly really funny. But you would never let him know that.

"Shut up" You rolled your eyes, walking away. He quickly caught up with you.

"I haven't said anything" He laughed "You're playing a dangerous game, gal"

"I'm willing to play" You shrugged.

"Why?" He asked "To get that D?" He asked again, laughing.

You punched him in the arm and he only laughed more.

"But actually" Geordi said, stopping you from walking "I'm scared for you, I don't want you to get reassigned and away from the Enterprise" Geordi said.

"I'll be careful" You assured him.

"Barclay to LaForge" You heard, disrupting you and Geordi's touchy moment.

"Geordi here" He responded.

"Problem with holodeck, and bring Commander L/k with you" Barclay ordered.

"Oh boy" Geordi sighed.

"Duty calls" You shrugged.

When you and Geordi got to holodeck, there was a program already set up.

"It seems to be operating fine" Geordi exclaimed, looking over to Barclay.

"It is, sir" Barclay said "But I didn't make this program" He explained "Or activate it"

Geordi put his hand on his phaser, looked at you, nodded, and starting walking in as you followed. You both walked around for quite a bit, trying to find something or someone. You recommended splitting up but Geordi said that was a terrible idea. You just hoped the Borg or something wasn't in here. You and Geordi continued walking when Geordi hit the wall. It was hilarious.

"Stop laughing" He said "It's not funny"

"No, that is very very funny" You told him.

You continued walking the opposite direction when you spotted something. A man figure.

"Geordi, man, 12 o'clock" You told him, putting your hand on your phaser.

He looked to where you were looking, then put his hand on his phaser too. You both started walking toward the figure, when you spotted an Android.

"Data" Geordi chuckled "How did you get here?" He asked "And what were you doing?" Geordi was wondering why and how Data got here so fast.

"Excuse me?" The Android asked with a bitter look on his face.

"That's not Data" You told Geordi, your head still faced to the Android.

"Then who is it?" Geordi asked.

"You remember Lore?"
