Q's pet

When you woke up, you rolled over and Riker managed to break that undershirt in half through out the night. Now he was shirtless. You roll back over and check the time.

"Riker!" You shouted.

"What?" He asked, putting his hands over his eyes.

"It's ten forty!" You shouted, getting up.

"Wait what?" He asked.

"Yeah!" You shouted, pulling your clothes out of your dresser.

"Oh, crap!" He yelled, getting up and swooping his clothes from the bathroom.

You got dressed, back to back so you couldn't see each other. Deep down you didn't really like that but at the same time you knew it was best.

"Ready?" You asked.

"Let's go!" He yelled.

You two blew through the door and started running down the halls to get on the elevator. You were both still and quite for the thirty seconds you were in the elevator, then you went back to sprinting. When you two got the door of the bridge, you both took a moment and got in paradises rest to look normal just before the door opened. As soon as the door opened everyone looked at you both, as if they knew.

Riker cleared his throat and you both went to your stations. You sat down, where Worf had been sitting and next to Data. You noticed Data looking at you, and you looked at him to see him eyeing you as if he knew everything...which, he probably did.

"Don't look at me like that" You said, turning back to face the console.

"You amaze me" He teased.

"Hello, mon capitaine!" You hear an annoying immortal shout moments later.

"You've gotta be kidding me" You hear Riker say.

You look back and see Q with an ostrich.

"This is my pet, Ostrika!" Q smiled, petting his ostrich.

"Bring Ostika somewhere else!" Picard yelled.

"I thought humans enjoyed pets!" Q laughed.

"Well Q, I believe the traditional human pets are little fish, cats, dogs, and occasionally hamsters" Data added.

"Whatever Data!" Q rolled his eyes.

"What do you want, Q?" Riker asked, standing up putting his hands under his armpits, crossing his arms in one of the signature Riker stances.

"I only wish to show you my pet!" Q said, putting his hands in the air.

"You have, you can leave now" Picard shouted, standing up next to Riker.

You and Data looked at each other.

"It's about to go down" You told him, he nodded.

"Look, I only wish to play!" Q laughed.

You and Data looked at each other.

"I was wrong" You added, knowing Q was going to make everyone on the bridge participate in one of his little games.

A second later, you, Data, Picard, Riker, Worf, Tasha, and Deanna were all in a castle.

"Well now what?" Deanna asked, sitting down.

"I don't know" You said, sitting down next to her.

"Now, you're all probably wondering how to get back to your ship, am I right?" He asked, smiling.

"You're right" Picard rolled his eyes.

"You must find Ostrika!" He laughed.

"What?" Riker asked.

"It's the game! You'll hear her chant through out the castle, once one of you find her, you're all free to go" Q explained.

"Right.." Tasha said.

"I suggest splitting up" Q said just before leaving again.

"Data, you're with Tasha, Worf, you're with Deanna, Picard, you work best alone so..you're alone and y/k" Riker paused, looking at you "You're with me" He said.

"Alright, let's get this over with" Picard said, walking through one of the halls.

Worf and Deanna went through another as Data and Tasha did the same. About a moment later you and Riker began looking as well.

"Ostrika! Come out, come out wherever you are!" Riker said, clapping his hands.

"You sound ridiculous" You laughed.

"At least I'm helping" He turned back towards you "Ostrika! Where are you Ostrika!" He asked again.

"That's not going to work" You told him.

Not even two seconds later you both heard Ostrika make an annoying screeching sound.

"What'd I tell you?" He smiled, then you both ran to the noise.

You got to a hallway that had booby traps all over it, but at the end of the hall you saw Ostrika.

"You found her, you get her" You said, moving to the side.

"Oh no, you're coming with me" He said grabbing you're hand and practically dragging you down the hall.

"Stop moving so fast, I'm not trying to be decapitated!" You yelled, nagging him back.

"Babe, it's fine" He said, taking another step.

He stepped on the wrong tile because if you had moved an inch father your head would have been on the floor, next to your dead corpse. He looked back at you like 'please don't be mad' and you looked at him like 'I am so pissed'

"Whoops" He said, nervously smiling.

When you both got to Ostrika, Q appeared on top of her, in a sitting position almost like he was going to ride the ostrich.

"Bravo! I am proud of you!" Q cheered.

"Now, get me and my crew back on the Enterprise" Riker demanded. "Now!" He shouted.

"Well Riker.." Q started to baffle.

Then Riker grabbed Q and yanked him down by the collar of his shirt.

"I said, NOW!" He yelled through gritted teeth.

It was one of the hottest things you have ever seen.

"Okay, okay" Q rolled his eyes, you could tell he was actually intimidated by Riker. Yes, that's right, Q was intimidated.

Q snapped his fingers and everyone was back where they were. Then, Q appeared.

"Until we meet again, mon capitaine!" He said before snapping his fingers and leaving.

At the end of the day, you were shutting off the console, getting ready to go back to your quarters when Riker whispered something in your ear.

"Movie at mine?"

It was innocent, but to everyone else it was mister sex-guy whispering something in a young woman's ear. You nodded, and you both made your way out and the door shut behind you.

"They'll either bang tonight or bang tomorrow" Deanna said.
