When we get back together she had to know about Wren and Sage asses.
"Can I come?" Wren asked.
"No, I will be back in a few. Mave is on her way to watch you and Sage."
I looked over at Sage eating a bag of chips at the kitchen table staring at me. I do not like how she be looking at me.
"Please, we like Mave she nice to us but can we come with you?" Wren asked again.
"No, I am going to see someone" I said making Wren a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
"Is it Jade?" Wren asked.
"Who is Jade?" Sage asked
"None of either of you damn business, now no and go eat this" I handed Wren her plate.
"Can I come?" Wren asked.
"She is going to keep asking. And I now I want to come" Sage smiled.
"Fucking fine both of you go get dressed" I said shaking my head.
"Yay, now I can wear my fish boots" Wren said.
"It's not raining Wren" I laughed as she ran out the kitchen through the dinning room.
"She doesn't warm up to people fast, but Wren likes you. Mama Q" Sage joked smiling. "Plus she really loves the things you have bought for her. She has never had that" Sage added.
"She does and well she can have whatever she wants now" I said putting things up.
I turned to her and she was looking down at her own feet. Sage has been here for a few days now. I haven't taken her anywhere to get new things. I don't want to say she makes me feel uncomfortable because how she looks at me...but this little girl I don't know.
