Ocean House
I don't think either of us got any real sleep the last few nights. I could tell she has been in her own head, about things. She seems different. I be wanting to ask her what's wrong with her. Sometimes she won't say, hell most of the time she won't say.
Then there is that five percent of Ocean that I get which I love, but I don't think we should be together. I can see she is trying to change, but neither of us is good for the other. I'm scared to tell her that I think we should not date, at least for right now.
I got somethings I am not okay with myself that I should be speaking to someone about. Being with her is just too dangerous and not healthy at all, for either of us.
"Good morning" Ocean said as I sat up she was standing there with a plate of food.
"Smells delicious" I smiled.
"Yeah, I couldn't sleep so, I just been up cleaning then I saw what time it was a figured you'd be up to eat in a minute" she stated as I took the plate from her; she just smiled.
"Well thank you" I said. "You okay?" I asked her.
"No, but I can tell you want to talk. So, what's up?" She asked and sat in her chair by her dresser.
"Nothing really" I said.
"Jade just talk" she smiled laughing.
"I don't think we should be together for right now."
She just looked at me, like she was confused.
"Like not dating in a relationship" I added.
"Yeah, I got it the first time. I understand, I get it" she stood up, and I moved backwards on the bed, because I didn't know what to expect.
"You can finish your food, and pack your things up. Do you want me to take you to Ali place? Or I could by you a ticket back home?" She asked.
"I uh..no question as to why?" I asked.
"For what? I know what kind of person I am, and what I deserve. You also know what you deserve, and it's a lot better than me. I do thank you for loving me, because no one has like that ever" she said. "I'm grateful for that, truly I am Jayden" she half smiled and turned away from me.
"Wait, so... just like that you don't fight me or anything?" I said sitting her plate down.
"I am not going to fight you for anything, this is what you want and I want to give you that. I am sorry for hurting you, I just hope the next women you get with definitely treats you how she should" she smiled back at me.
