Jeongyeon's pov

We finally arrived in Seoul. I must say that the apartment is not that bad, at least it seems so. I immediately went out to the terrace to stop being with those two. The eternal hours in the car were enough.

I looked out and began to observe the view hoping not to be interrupted.

My pov

"Look, there's definitely a girl"

"Seoyeon stop spying on the new neighbors!"

"Shut up Rosie! I want to see who they are"

"Ugh" the-now- pink haired girl snorted.

"She looks quite older than us. She is probably my sister's age" Seoyeon said shrugging.

"So? Shall we go out?" Rosé asked taking her bag.

The other one nodded and the two left the first one's apartment.

"Seoyeon! What are you doing? Those are my stage clothes!" Seungyeon yelled.

"Come here!" the actress continued leaving the apartment and running up the stairs.

"Seoyeon, where are you?" she yelled again.

"Hey! What is it? I don't even know you!" Seoyeon said, to be clear, not her sister.

"Eh? I wasn't talking to you. I was telling it to my sister" the actress explained looking at the other one confused and seeing out of the corner of her eye the younger one hiding behind some boxes.

"So your name is Seoyeon too?" the first asked, looking at Miss Yoo.

"A collection of Seoyeon. Jihyo's sister, your sister's friend, is also called like that, right?" Rosé asked pointing out the detail to her friend.

"You just moved, where are you from?" the neighbor asked.

"Close here, Suwon-si" Yoo Seoyeon explained as her older sister climbed the stairs with another package in her hand.

Jeongyeon's pov

I was enjoying my life when Seungyeon came running to me out of breath.

"What?"

"The neighbors have a daughter, no nice boyfriend for you" she said and then she started laughing so bad.

"And how old would that girl be?"

"Around... fifteen? I don't know. I think she's younger than you" Seungyeon explained, probably thinking about how to get me taken.

"Thank goodness, so I won't have to make friends" I said looking at the view again.

"Of course you're weird" she murmured, leaving me alone.

What's strange about someone who just wants to be alone and look at the city?

My pov

Later

The Yoo family didn't have a nice furnished house yet, they just managed to get a couple of beds, so Jeongyeon volunteered to sleep on the terrace. They ate some kimchi and then said goodbye to each other and went to their own room.

"Seoyeon! What are you looking out of the window?"

"The new neighbors have arrived. They have three daughters. At first I thought it was only one but then I met my namesake and the other sister" Seoyeon explained, continuing to look outside.

"How was it with Rosie?"

"As usual. Shut up"

"I understand the curiosity but why do you keep spying on the neighbors?"

"I don't spy on the neighbors, I spy on the daughter"

"Do you like her?"

"Nah. She's quite older than me, she's probably your age. Anyway I think she's really weird. She's been looking at the city all day, then she came in for a second to eat and finally she went out again and got to sleep on a beach bed"

Her sister was quite intrigued by this new neighbor and decided to go outside and see if she was really that strange.

She climbed a step near the wall that separated the two terraces and began to observe her. She was really sleeping on a beach bed. She had never seen anyone sleep outside on the terrace, in winter, with at least -4 °, on a beach bed.

"So, now who's the meddlesome one?" Seoyeon asked, joining her sister.

"Oh yeah! It seems that the sister um... I think the elder one wants her to find a boyfriend. She was just talking about it today with my namesake. She never had any friends. Her sisters want her somewhere else because she's always at home, that's why they want her to get taken"

"And then I was the one meddling? In my opinion, they shouldn't care so much about their sister's sentimental life. If she wants to be alone, let her be alone"

"You are as strange as her"

"I'm not strange! I'm understanding her"

"Understanding her? You?"

"Ah! Shut up!"

"I think that someone like her will never find a boyfriend"

"Well maybe she'll find a girlfriend"

"A girlfriend? You like her, don't you?" the youngest joked as she got off the step and headed home.

"Of course not..."

"Well, night" her sister greeted as she walked inside.

"Not looking at her personality..." she said, leaning a little to observe her, "she doesn't look ugly, on the contrary she is... pretty" she admitted continuing to look at her.

"If you're interested, it's people like your sister's fault if I don't have any friends" the girl said suddenly, sitting up.

"Anyway, thanks for the compliment, I think"

The neighbor's cheeks turned red. Jeongyeon moved closer, showing her facial features.

"What is it? Aren't you used to being thanked when you give a compliment? Maybe it's because you don't compliment so often? Your cheeks have turned the same color as your lips"

"I'm sorry for my sister, she's just... Little and dumb"

"I like how you defend her by calling her 'dumb'. Now, if you don't mind, the strange girl who will never find a boyfriend will go back to sleep"

"Well then goodnight but... May I know the name of the strange girl who spends the day on the terrace?"

Jeongyeon's pov

I stared at her for a while almost confused. No one had ever asked me a personal question, not even just to know my name. I stared at her face and noticed for the first time facial the features of the person I was talking to. The neighbor came back to her natural skin tone and the thing that stood out most was her red-tinted lips. She's not that bad. After a few seconds I took my gaze from hers and lowered it.

"Jeongyeon, Yoo Jeongyeon. And what's the name of the meddlersome girl who only compliments if the other one doesn't hear her?"

The neighbor looked at me blushing again. What do you think a compliment means to me? I'm not expecting a marriage proposal because of that.

"Nayeon, Im Nayeon"
