Jeongyeon's pov

I left home as fast as I could, once I checked that my sisters were gone, and went to the place indicated to me by a dear acquaintance.

"Jeongyeon unnie! I'm here!" I heard a rather high-pitched voice scream.

So I turned around and noticed the girl I was looking for.

"Hi Sana" I greeted her a little coldly.

"Why are you so detached? In chat you were so sociable" said the little Japanese girl looking at me with her big eyes.

I can't resist Sana, her aegyo is unbeatable.

"I'm sorry, I'm just like that, I'm not used to show affection" I explained, looking down.

"You should learn how to do it" she said as she approached me putting her arms around my neck.

Suddenly her phone started ringing and she pulled away from me. Luckily, I'd say. I didn't feel comfortable at all being seen in public with her. The problem wasn't the others. The problem was my sisters. Imagine how they would freak out if they found out I've had a long-distance girlfriend all this time. I don't want be annoyed for now.

She finally put it down but I noticed her slightly worried face.

"Did something happen?"

"You know my ex that I cheated on with my best friend? Well, she is taken by my other best friend"

"Is this reality or one of my sister's dramas?"

The girl in front of me began to laugh out loud. I have never heard anyone laughing like she does. She has a really cute and engaging laugher and she sometimes laughs with no reason.

"The problem is that my friend has to introduce my ex, that is her girlfriend, to my group of friends and I forgot about it," she explained, biting her lower lip.

"You can go, don't worry," I said with my usual cold personality.

"What if you come with me and introduce yourself as my girlfriend?" she asked doing some aegyo.

"Ah. Okay. But stay with me all the time" I told her immediately regretting my decision.

The little squirrel began to jump towards our goal, still unknown to me. She started talking to me about all her friends and how much she loved them, even though they were all bit... I shouldn't say that, right?

We finally arrived at a bar. Sana entered and they all turned to cheer her.

"Sana is here" she screamed, making a couple of waitresses turn around too.

"Sana! It took you a lot!" screamed a girl who didn't look Korean at all, maybe she's a Japanese friend of hers, even if she doesn't even look Japanese.

"And who's she?" she asked looking at me.

"Jeongyeon" I said, shaking the hand that was brought to me.

I sat down at the table and noticed in front of me a black-haired girl eating without looking up for a moment, next to her the one who seemed to be Sana's ex, Dahyun.

"Sana unnie, who is she?" asked a young girl next to Dahyun.

"Jeongyeon" I introduced myself without waiting for Sana to make the confession.

"Your new flame?" asked one, I think not Korean, rather tall.

"Yes, Tzuyu" replied the 'aegyo queen'.

"They are Momo, Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu" Sana continued, pointing to the girls in front of me.

"This one next to me is Mina. Momo and Mina come from Japan like me. Tzuyu is Chinese. On your right you find Jihyo" she finished making me turn to the girl I thought was not Korean.

"What am I missing?" asked a rather pretty girl sitting down next to me.

"Sana's new flame" explained Tzuyu, who seemed a little bothered by my presence.

"So who should we welcome into the group?" she asked turning and immediately changing her facial expression when she saw my face.

No, it can't be her.

"Nayeon unnie, what is it?" Jihyo asked noticing that her friend had left the sentence suspended.

"Nothing, I'm just surprised because Sana's friend is my neighbor" she explained smiling at me and then immediately turned to the other side.

"Chae, we should go" Tzuyu said standing up.

"Me too actually. Unfortunately we still go to school" Dahyun explained leaving a kiss on the cheek of the eater and waving goodbye and smiling at all.

Sana's ex is really cute and nice. Who knows who Sana cheated on her with. Maybe with Tzuyu, who seems bothered by my presence. She didn't even say bye to me. To be honest, she didn't say bye to anyone... Was I the weird one?

"Excuse me" Sana said.

"Do you to order?" asked a waiter.

"Could I have some green tea, green, please?"

Sana is like that. Weird enough, at times it really made me question her mental sanity.

The waiter looked at her confused for a while, then passed his gaze on me.

"Nothing for me, thanks" I said and then got up and went to the toilet.

"I'm going to the toilet" the neighbor said.

"But you went there a moment ago" I heard Jihyo saying but probably getting ignored by the neighbor.

I went into the tolet and waited for at least one to get free.

At that moment Nayeon also arrived.

"Don't you take anything?" she asked, placing the bag on the sink but immediately regretting it showing a disgusted face.

"No" I replied coldly.

"Maybe later you'll go to another bar and grab something else" she said looking towards one of the doors that could have been opened.

"What do you mean?" I asked not understanding what she meant.

"You said you didn't want friends and now I find you with Sana. I'm sorry because you have a problem with me, I don't know what I did to you" she explained pouting and looking down.

"I don't have anything against you. I don't need friends, really. Sana is the only one I've ever talked to and we've been online friends for a while, then she broke up with Dahyun and made it clear about her intentions with me. Besides, Sana and I are not friends, we are a couple"

Nayeon's pov

She didn't dislike me. She really wanted to avoid having friends, at most she wanted a girl. She had explained it to me and that should have relieved me. But why did that last sentence bother me even more than the fact that she might hate me?
