The next day I woke up with multiple texts from Jacob freaking out. I just texted him back to calm down and that I'd be over to his house in like 20 minutes. So I jumped up and got ready for the day.

I wore a light bluish teal with white floral print romper. My black Birkenstocks. A gold necklace. And then underneath I wore a brown and white polka dot swimsuit top with white high waisted bottoms.

Once I was ready I grabbed a granola bar from the kitchen and went over to Jacob's. When I got there Melanie was there sitting on the deck with Cameron and Taylor.

"Hi Teagan." Melanie said as I walked up the stairs. I waved and smiled before walking into Jacob's house. He was in the kitchen with Caroline trying to get some coolers ready for the boat today.

"Hi Caroline. Hi Jacob." I said walking up to him. When he looked up and saw me he sighed with relief.

"Oh thank goodness you're here Teagan. Do you think we could possibly also use your boat today? I don't think there will be enough room on mine and-" Jacob rambled. 

"Yeah of course." I said nodding. He just smiled with relief.

"Perfect. Now they should be here any minute. So you can go out on the deck with Cam and Taylor if you'd like." He offered.

"I'll stay here with you." I said. He smiled back at me. After he was done finishing a few last things we went and sat in his living room on the couch.

"I missed not seeing you everyday." He said. A small smile grew on my face.

"Yeah me too." I responded. His face started to get really red and he started to tense up.

"So. Um. I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date with me tomorrow?" He asked. My smile grew bigger.

"Yeah. Sure. That'd be perfect." I answered. He smiled back at me and I could see his sigh of relief.

 There was then a knock at the door. Jacob got up and answered. It was all the guys. Hayes, Blake, Hunter, Brandon, Carson, Johnny, and Nash. They all rushed into the house. Once Hayes saw me, he immediately came up to me.

"Hi Teagan. How are you?" He asked. I smiled

"I'm good. Super excited for the lake."I said. He smiled in response. We then stood there in awkward silence.

"Um. I like your necklace." He finally said to break the silence. I looked down at it and smiled.

"Oh thanks. My grandma got it for me. It's like my favorite thing." I said. He smiled. Oh that darn smile was so cute. Made my heart melt.

Jacob then ushered us all outside to get ready for the boat. I looked on my dock to see Oliver and Caroline getting our boat ready. He really looked happy with her.

"Hi Oliver. Hi Caroline." I called over to them waving as I walked over towards my dock. They both looked up and waved back.

"Teags!" I heard a voice yell. I turned around and saw Savannah running towards me. Then Savannah, Melanie, Cameron, Taylor, and Hayes got on my boat and everyone else on Jacob's. Melanie drove so I sat at the front. Hayes came and sat next to me.

"Hi Hayes." I said with a smile. He smiled back.

"So I was wondering if I could get your snap? Or number?" He asked. I felt my cheeks getting warm and the butterflies in my stomach. But not good ones.

"Um. Uh. Yeah, sure." I said as he handed me his phone.

"Perfect." He said. 

Once we stopped and Melanie threw down the anchor everyone hopped out. They loved it. Jacob made his way over to my boat. When he saw me and Hayes talking he didn't look to happy.

"Hi Jacob! You ready to get in?" I asked while standing up walking towards him. He smiled and nodded. I took off my romper to reveal my swimsuit. I could feel both of them looking at me. "Come on Jacob let's jump in!" I said taking his hand and pulling him to the edge of the boat.

"Wait! Teagan, I wanna get a picture for Insta!" Hayes said right before we jumped in. Jacob groaned as we turned around.

"Yeah. Of course Hayes." I said walking towards him. He handed his phone to Jacob and wrapped his arm tightly around my waist.

The next day after lunch I started to get ready for Jacob and I's date. I have so many butterflies for it. I'm super excited, but also super nervous. Because yesterday Hayes and I were getting pretty flirty.

Melanie helped me get ready for tonight. We were in my bathroom and she curled my hair. It was nice to spend some time alone together.

"So you and Jacob? It's getting pretty serious." Melanie said. I felt my cheeks getting warm. 

"Um. Yeah I guess." I answered. She just smirked. "But yesterday Hayes was getting pretty flirty. So I don't know." I said playing with scrunchie on my wrist.

"Well he's cute too." Melanie said. I just smiled at her in the mirror.

"Okay, but let's talk about you. You basically have two boys fighting over you!" I pointed out. Now her cheeks were getting red.

"I mean yeah. But I really like Cameron. Like a lot." She said with a smile growing on her face.

Once she finished I got dressed. I wore a pair of light wash high waisted jean shorts. A cream colored long sleeved crop top with floral print. A pair of brown platform sandals, and my gold necklace. 

Melanie and I waited in the living room for Jacob. We were watching Gossip Girl, until Jacob came and knocked on the door. I grabbed my purse and rushed quickly to the door.

"Hey Teagan. You look so pretty." Jacob greeted me. A smile grew on my face.

"Thanks Jacob. You look great too." I complimented back. He then lead me to his car and we drove to the next town over to a diner restaurant. "Oh I love this place!" I said as we walked in.

"Well Savannah obviously has good intell then." Jacob said holding the door for me. I giggled quietly. We were quickly seated at a booth. "So, what here is good?" he asked while looking at the menu.

"I'm kind of basic, so I like the chicken strips and onion rings." I said. He chuckled.

"I think I'll try the burger." He said. I smiled in response.
