Among the stars sits the moon.
Bold and bright, it smiled.
Not knowing the light will perish soon.
Like the moon, I too sit in a crowd.
And like the moon, I too am bold and bright
And like the moon, I too go through phases.
Phases.
Of emptiness and dullness,
Just to feel happy and whole,
Again.🤍
La Lune,
You are beautiful, bold and bright. A pale face, a light, in a window of opportunity, faded from the darkness and the sins of the stars. In all honesty I believe you light a world, although full of monsters, some which people may find horrible and indescribable, you are still able to form a path home.
A home. Not a house.
A place someone truly feels safe and truly feels they belong.
I haven't found mine as of yet and I don't believe I ever will, so do me a favour, find it for the both of us, and light the way for me, no matter how broken you feel, always remember that we all go through our phases to feel whole again.
Sois belle à la façon, au clair de lune.
