Ash and Serena: Post Kanto Journey

Chapter 1: Pallet Town Party

Sorry you have to wait for a month for the new adventure.

Warning: This is a sequel to the "Ash and Serena: Kanto Journey". You won't understand what's going on, if you haven't read that story.

The start of the new arc!

This story mainly focuses on Orange Island and other places too (I won't spoil yet).

Some of the chapters will be from the anime, but I probably won't do like Pink Island and Crystal Onix.

In the anime, Ash only needed four badges to compete in the league, however this arc will be seven. The other three characters are very important in the arc and Ash has met one of them in Kanto arc (not Rudy).

Also, I was surprised to know that many readers enjoyed Sabrina's Gym Challenge. I thought most of you guys are going to say Giovanni.

Pallet Town.

A peaceful town home to many legendary trainers like Blue Oak and Red Ketchum. It is also shade of one's journey await. Pallet Town is one of the places in Kanto, where many trainers came by every year to start their new Pokemon journey by receiving a starter Pokemon from none other than Professor Oak. Ash was one of the trainer who got starter from the old man.

Speaking of Ash Ketchum, it was two days after the Pokémon League has finished. He was sleeping on the bed with his trusty Pikachu. He learned so many stuff at the Pokémon League.
Why everyone should move forward instead of crying about it? Why bond and strong Pokémon is needed?

He also had to say goodbye to AJ, Richie and Hashiba. AJ has gone back to his town to reunite with his family. Richie has gone back to Viridian City, thinking about where he should go next. Hashiba, of course, is currently at the Indigo Plateau, because he is five days away from challenging the Elite Four and the Champion.

Suddenly, the alarm went off, but Ash merely hit the snooze button before rolling over to face away from the offending clock.

"Pika Pi! Pikachu!" Pikachu, his faithful partner, called as it leaped onto Ash's bed and began prodding him with its tiny fingers. However, Ash hugged the pillow and began sneezing again.

Pikachu sighed. The only time Ash ever was wake early was when he had an important match, or breakfast was ready. No such thing existed today, however. Delia Ketchum, along with the other adults wanted to save their children's appetite, because they will be hosting a party at twelve O'clock.

Delia wasn't here to wake Ash up, because she is busy cooking. Red isn't here also, because he is outside contacting someone. Riley and Yellow were at the Professor Oak's ranch at the moment.

The yellow rodent's first instinct was to shock him awake like it was used to doing. However, maybe that would be a little on the harsh side. When it did before, Ash immediately went back to sleep. Pikachu then thought about another plan...and then.

"Pika!" Pikachu cried. An idea landed on its head.

Pikachu quietly hopped off Ash's bed before leaping at the door knob to turn it and left the room. Ash was sleeping peacefully, not knowing what is going to happen to him.

Few minutes later, Pikachu returned with another Ketchum household, Mr. Mime also known as Mimey. The imitation Pokemon was wearing a cooking apron and carrying a duster in one hand and pulling a vacuum cleaner in the other. Pikachu had informed it of how messy Ash had made his room the second he got back to Pallet Town, and Mr. Mime could have none of that!
