It had been at least 6 days since Sophia went missing. Carol had been as silent as ever, I felt so bad for her, but I knew she was going to come back. In the past few days , me and carl were getting closer, and I was glad too... He was so sweet, caring, and handsome. He was perfect. Yes, we were only 13....but we could date one day, maybe.
" Come on everyone we are going on a run, we need more supplies, we can try to find places near here with food, clean clothes and anything else we need.". Rick explained
"Dale you stay here on watch with T-dog, is that okay with you?"
" Yes Rick, fine by me. Oh try to find some pain killers for T-Dog please? His blood infection is getting worse." Dale worrying exclaimed.
A few days ago, when the herd came along... T-dog tried to hide, slipped and slit his lower arm open on a sharp car door, he bled a lot, the bleeding went on for at least 3 hours, they put his arm in a bandage but since then he has been getting weaker. We are all worried. Dale claims that he has a blood infection, and needs some kick ass painkillers or something bad is going to happen...
The run we went on was kinda nice...it was peaceful. The sunshine shone through the tree tops, birds chirped, and carl was with me, by my side for the whole time, I liked that, I felt safe.
Bells ?! Why can I hear bells?! Church bells?! "Rick !!! Can you hear that?! Those bells ! It could be Sophia ?! " Rick looked over at me, then back towards where the sound was go coming from, by that time Carol sprinted off, so we had no choice but to chase after her.
We got the the church and the bells were still ringing. Glenn smashed the doors open, whilst Rick, Shane and Daryl went inside and killed the walkers in there. Carol trod inside, she walked around slowly shouting at the top of her voice "SOPHIA!! MOMMY IS HERE, SOPHIA?! SOPHIA?" It was no use, we all knew she wouldn't be here. The bells were automatic. Damn it.She fell to the floor and sobbed. Andrea knelt next to her and comforted her whilst she continued to cry. I turned to see carl tearing up too, he put his head in his hands and let out tears everyone stepped outside apart from Carl, Andrea, Carol and I. Carol sat in front of the Jesus statue, hoping and praying for Sophia to turn up. I was sat with Carl at the back of the church.we both let out a tear. I turned to face him and I could resist the feeling that I had inside. " Carl, I know all of us are going through a really tough time right now, I know how close you were to Sophia, just stay strong for everyone? For me ? Okay?" He gave a small smile and looked up at me, and with no hesitation he pulled my into a tight hug. I felt warm inside, like his arms were my home, like this is where I belonged...
