Chapter Fifteen

Pinagmasdan ni Yura ang mukhang batang babae na exorcist din pala. Saan n'ya uli ito huling nakita? Ah noong unang napossess si Trisha. She's that childlike Exorcist na kasama ni Leomond. That girl who sucked the entity in her hands.

Pero bakit mukhang hindi ito ready sa attire nito, and why the heels?

Muling nagpaputok ng bubble gum ang batang babae bago nagsalita.

"Let them go"
Sabi nito sa walang ngiting boses.

"But Our Light-"

"Let them go"
Mariin na sabi ng batang babae.

"Yes your most high"
Sabi ni Lautner at senenyasan na pakawalan si Karlisle at Yumar. Yumar has suffer Little burnt injury but looks fine.

Nilapitan ng batang babae ang dalawa.
"They just a little infected but still curable"

Tinanggal nito ang gwantes na suot at na reveal ang Holy wound na hugis crus.

Nang makita iyon ng mga Purifiers ay napaluhod at umulan ng amen at Haleluyah. Tumangis pa ang mga ito.

Si Litia naman, pangalan ng batang babae, ay napailing bago nagliwanag ang sugat nito sa palad.

Bumaha ng liwanag ang buong lugar at kitang kita ni Yura kung paano tila natupok at nag evaporate sa kawalan ang mga hindi nakikitang negative spirit at ghost sa lugar, ang ilang entity naman ay nagpumilit na lumabas sa harang na ginawa ng confinement talisman. Pero hindi ito nakawala at nag evaporate rin. These spirits and soul did not vanish but looks like it cleanse and freeze in stillness. This process seem to reformat all the entity inside the barrier. They are now unable to do anything except exist in the same Space they were.

Nang mawala ang liwanag ay nakita ni Yura na nanginginig pa sa galak at takot ang mga Purifiers at Special Harvesters. Yumar and Karlisle still asleep but Yumar wound disappeared.

"Truly you are Child of God! The Most High Blesses as again with your Holy presence!"
Again maraming amen na naman ang narinig ni Yura.

"Shall we leave? I need to talk to my Brother "
Sabi ni Litia bago kumumpas sa ere. Nagliwanag ang mga Purifiers at Special Harvesters bago tuluyang nawala sa paningin ni Yura. Naiwan si Litia na nilapitan si Leomond bago ito binatukan.

"Alam mo bang JS Prom namin ngayon?! Kauuwi ko lang ng bahay at magpapahinga na sana kung di lang sa 20 text Messages mo na sunod sunod na dumating? It almost burst my ears!"
Mataray na sabi ni Litia.

Saka lang napansin ni Yura ang bahid ng Lipstick sa labi nito.

"Pang ilang JS Prom na ba yan, marami pa namang JS Prom kang masasalihan, You're immortal right?"
Sabi ni Leomond na hawak ang ulo.
Si Litia lang ang nakakagawa nun sa kanya. Litia looks like a child pero nasa hundred years na ito. Enlighteners usually spend hundreds of years in a body before remembering all its memories. When that happens their Holy soul will leave their host and goes back to paradise, its original place. It will wait their until new host capable of housing the soul is born. Human soul remains in the human world while enlighteners soul should go back where it belong, the paradise. It is still a mystery why enlighteners souls are like that, it is even a wonders how enlighteners soul choose its host body. The exorcist world dont even know all the Secrets that enlighteners hold in their soul.
The church highly respected and believed in enlighteners. According to Purifiers and Special Harvesters, their light is the source of all hope and Joy. Their Presence makes them feel God's Presence.
Ito rin ang dahilan kung bakit nagkakasundo ang Church at exorcist world. Its the thing they are the same. Enlighteners both exist in both world.

"Anyway, I have to meet my Brother. I've done my part. "
Sabi ni Litia at bumulong ito kay Leomond. Mukhang nabigla si Leomond.

"Yura right? "
Tanong nito.

"I know you"
Sabi ni Yura.

"I think this is just the start. I expect that we'll see each other again."
Makahulugang ngumiti si Litia at saka kumumpas uli sa ere.

"Lets go"
Utos nito. Pero wala siyang makitang kasama ni Litia.
Bigla itong nagliwanag at sandali pa't nawala tanging mga alitaptap lang na liwanag ang natira pero nawala rin pagka ilang iglap.

"Is she a purger like you?"
Tanong ni Yura kay Leomond.

"No. She's an enlightener, rare kind "
Sabi ni Leomond na pinasan na si Karlisle. Himbing pa rin si Karlisle pero sa tingin n'ya ay ok naman na ito.

"How come she uses mana?"
Sabi ni Yura at pinasan naman si Yumar.
Nagulat s'ya kasi parang gumaan si Yumar. Magaan na magaan. Ni hindi n'ya maramdaman ang stress sa katawan niya habang buhat ito.

"She didnt use mana"
Sabi ni Leomond. Naglalakad na sila palabas sa gusali.

"Then what was that?"
Tanong ni Yura.

"She command spirits. "
Sabi ni Leomond.

"Enlighteners was believed to be recepient of primordial light. The same light na lumitaw nung sinabi ni God na "Let there be "Light"."
This Light with the capital "L" is the mother of all light with the small "l". Sabihin na natin na yung small "l" is the primordial Light. Some even says that even angels are jelous of how bright this light are. When in fact, angels are made of light. Anyways this are just theories."
Paliwanag pa ni Leomond.

"How can she looks like she's using mana? Kanina nung mawala yung mga Purifiers-"

"Litia simply Commanded their Holy ghost to teleport them to where they were. Thats how powerful enlighteners are, kaya walang magawa ang Church sa kanila. Enlighteners can use their powers against them. Its because of this " Lucci Hierarchia " or Hierachy of light. You know the brighter the light is, the higher and more powerful they are. Church is just a lamp compare to an enlightener who is an ever glowing Sun"

Yura felt inferior sa sinabi na iyon ni Leomond. Akala n'ya kapag may spirit weapon na s'ya kaya nyang makipagsabayan at pwede n'ya nang mailigtas ang kapatid n'ya.

"Enlighteners surely are the strongest. Pero teka if they cant use mana How come they are the strongest?"
Curious muli si Yura.

"They are the strongest because they influence almost everything here and in exorcist and astral world. Walang nakakapigil sa influence nila sa lahat ng law in existence. Here in normal world, they can Command neutral spirit to do their will. Halimbawa kanina, she called a Arch Sylph, thats a major wind spirit. That spirit  carries her to anywhere she wish to go, and spirit cannot say no"
Sabi ni Leomond.

"If thats how powerful they are, then why dont they just end all the evil in this world?"
Tanong ni Yura. What hold them from doing so? Sunod na tanong n'ya sa isip.

"The more they intervene to human welfare, the more they regain their memories, when that happens they go back to where they were , Paradise. Sabi ng Lolo , noon daw maraming mga enlighteners, pero habang tumatagal umuunti sila. Then a certain enlighteners reveal the reason before leaving its host. According to him, when they reached maximum rebirth because of helping the humans, they dont return. They return to the paradise for good."

"Its seems enlighteners role to this world is limited. Being exorcist facilitate the process, kaya nga si Litia tried to live a normal life in this world."
Sabi nito at mahinang tumawa ng maalala ang heels ni Litia.

Medyo natawa rin si Yura ng maalala iyon.
Hanggang sabay silang natawa ni Leomond.

Pero natigilan sila ng may narinig na kaluskos. Napatingin sila sa harap ng makita ang isang mababang lalaki na may tali ng puting bandana sa noo. May dala itong lampara at tungkod. He doesnt look like old pero astang matanda na ito.
Wala silang maramdaman dito. Even a presence kahit kita na nila ito.

"Sumunod kayo sakin kung gusto n'yong maligtas"
Seryusong sabi nito bago tumalikod.
