User's eyes allow them to see ghosts where they died. They are chained to their death place, and The chain shows their biggest dream. User can cut the spirits chain, and they can roam around or follow the user. Only the user can see the ghosts. Spirits can move objects like pencils or papers if they want to, but larger objects require higher focus. User can link to spirits, and linked spirits will share their thoughts and if strong enough, emotions with the user. User can de-link spirits whenever. Spirit can turn parts of their body physical, or visible with enough practice. Spirits freed by the user can, with enough understanding and practice, turn into other forms of the deceased.
Drawbacks:
User will be seen as quirkless.
