Lusamine may be passionate about Ultra Beasts and the wormholes they use to travel between worlds, but is horrified to see her two children going into one! With Ash's Pikachu by their side, Lillie and Gladion explore a Pokemon paradise and reunite...
Gladion immediately took Lillie's hand and said with determination, "Come on!"
A pack of three Spearow were munching on berries, when they could spot Lillie and Gladion in the distance.
At that moment, Lillie had a flashback; way back when those Spearow attacked Nebby on the plank bridge.

As anger pulsed through her body, Lillie cried out," Snowy! I choose you!"
Coming out of Lillie's pokeball, was an Alolan Vulpix. Snowy looked straight ahead to see the Spearow approaching at high speeds!
Lillie commanded,"Hurry and use Powder Snow!"
Gladion could only stare and watch Snowy freeze the Spearow in one go.
Knowing her work was done, Snowy ran and lovingly jumped into Lillie's arms.
"That was great!" Lillie said happily as she rubbed cheeks with Snowy.

Gladion said with a small smile," Gotta hand it to you Lillie, you've really grown into being an amazing trainer."
Without warning, Lillie gave her brother a hug. Gladion was at first really stunned, but soon let his guard down and fully returned the hug.
"I almost forgot! We still need to look for Pikachu!" Lillie suddenly cried out.
Gladion nodded and lead Lillie and Snowy deeper into the forest. With each step, their surroundings got more and more darker. Gladion quickly shouted as he threw out one of his pokeballs,"Umbreon! Light the way!"
Lillie couldn't help but smile. She knew that Umbreon was previously an Eevee that Gladion had rescued.
They shared a special bond ever since he recovered. It was almost as powerful as Ash and Pikachu's...

A single tear escaped Lillie's eye. Umbreon's lights made it shine just bright enough for Gladion to see it.
Gladion asked in concern," Lillie? What's wrong?"
"I can only imagine how much despair Ash is feeling. Being separated from Pikachu and all..." Lillie replied in a slow and sad manner.
As he continued walking alongside his sister, Gladion said rather softly," We'll get them back together."
Lillie smiled at Gladion, but not long before she could spot Pikachu having a conversation with a Silvally!
"Pika Pikachu Pi?" ("You can get us home?")
The legendary Pokemon simply nodded.
Gladion signed in relief that Pikachu had found a Silvally.
Gladion, Umbreon, Lillie, and Snowy were about to approach the two Pokemon, when suddenly an ultra wormhole appeared!
Lillie hid behind her brother in fright. "Another one? How...?"
Gladion frowned and said in frustration, "There's only one man who would try something so careless!"
At Aether Paradise, Faba laughed. "I've really done it this time! President Lusamine will be most pleased."
Suddenly, Lusamine shouted, "Not at all!"
Faba gritted his teeth at Lusamine and Ash who had just entered the lab. Ash gasped at the sight of Nebby, who was now a Solgaleo, locked in a cage.
"Do you have any idea how long it took me to conjure this up?" Faba asked in frustration.
"We know what you're up to Faba! You're trying to look like the good guy by getting Pikachu, Lillie, and Gladion back, but all you care about is using Nebby's power to create ultra wormholes!" Ash exclaimed.
Faba started to sweat out of fear that he might get kicked out of Aether Paradise. "President Lusamine... surely you're not on this little brat's side. I mean, that's ridiculous!"
Lusamine brows narrowed even more. "Faba, you're fired!"
Faba felt like crying, but ultimately decided to say, "Not yet you old bat!"
To Ash and Lusamine's absolute horror, Faba pressed a red button that read, USE IF YOU'RE THAT DESPERATE.
Nebby growled in horrific pain at the sudden electric bolt striking his back and unintentionally shot a beam of brilliant white light into the ultra wormhole!
