Kairi waited days that felt like years waiting. He had spent days sitting on the chair that had made his back incredibly sore. When he saw his daughter move for the first time he thought it was his mind playing tricks on him... but it wasn't. When Brielle woke up she was embraced by lots of hugs. After that her life passed by like a blink of an eye. Now she was leaving for college

14 years later...

Brielle: dad i swear I'm gonna be fine

Mattia and Alejandro were helping her pack the car tears spilling down there face.

Kairi: baby are you sure you don't wanna stay home

Brielle: positive. Plus my college is only 1 hour away and it's a good one cause you visited 4 times already.

Kairi: I'm just gonna miss my little girl

Brielle: I know I'm gonna miss all of y'all

Alejandro and Mattia gave her a hug, Kairi joining.

Mattia: don't you dare fall in love and forget about us

Brielle: please I would never forget about my family

She wiped her tears falling down her face.

Brielle smiled hoping in the car and making her way to the new college. Yes, it was sad leaving her dad and "non biological" uncles but she'll never forgot about them. They would forever be family. Her dad always told her little things about her growing up which always made her laugh. He was talking to this girl she was kind and your uncles got married to your now aunts. It was a rough patch growing up but it was all worth it. People say family "blood or no blood" is the strongest bond and Brielle now believes that....
