KAIRI POV

TW (fire)

I woke up in the middle of the night coughing hearing alarms. I quickly got up without caring that I had no shirt on. Once kairi opened the door he first saw Alejandro come out the room in confusion coughing and covering his mouth and nose with his shirt

Alejandro: is there a fire? wth

Kairi: call 911 and get Mattia shit wheres Brielle

They both turned there heads towards Brielles room the only thing they saw was a bright burning orangish red fire under her door lighting her door on fire. Kairi ran up and didn't know what to do he tried to open the door but the handle was scorching hot

Kairi: BRIELLE BRIELLE

He tried kicking the door while struggling the smoke making it hard for him to breath.

Alejandro tried to kick down the door but nothing happened. Mattia came out on the phone with the police

BRIELLE POV

The young Brielle woke up fire hot. She looked around her room and saw a orangish red flame. She began coughing the smoke was deathly coming for her. The only thing she could breath was the smoke. Her breathing became heavier as her eye sight became blurry the fire was hot and making her scared.

Brielle: dada?!

She said trying to scream she could barely talk.

Kairi: BRIELLE CAN YOU STAND UP WHATS AROUND YOU

Brielle: no dada it's hot

She said coughing really bad

Kairi: COVER YOUR EYES BABY ITS GONNA BE OKAY

All the boys kick the door making it finally fall.

Brielle couldn't keep her eyes open anymore the smoke was deadly...the only thing she inhaled in 20 minutes. She took her last breath before her eyes rolled back to her head.

The ceiling was on fire making the roof on fire. Kairi ran straight in and grabbed his passed out child. He didn't even care he wanted her out the room the sirens filled the big neighborhood people were outside as the 2 big ambulances and fire truck came in.

Kairi grabbed his daughter and ran out the house. Everyone was coughing as the smoke was everywhere. They opened the door as fast as possible trying to get everyone out the house. Everyone iassisted the house.

Kairi: HELP MY DAUGHTER SHES NOT WAKING UP

He said trying to shake her awake he was coughing himself. The paramedics assisted the little girl and put her on a small stretcher. They put a breathing mask on her they put everyone in the ambulance making everyone get a check up. Kairi obviously rode with his daughter and ale and mattia rode together

Paramedic: her lungs are smaller than everyone's in the house since her young age and the fire started in her room

Kairi: yes

Paramedic: damn she's strong most kids would have freaked out and passed out early. Her heartbeat is a little off track and breathing levels are bad when we get to the hospitals we'll do some scans.

Kairi: okay

He held his daughters hand being scared of everything it kept on flashing back in his mind seeing her on the bed fire surrounded her. His house was on fire but it didn't matter because his daughter could have lost her life.

Once they arrived at the hospital kairi was taken to the exam room with everyone and made sure they were alright. Once they were done testing the sleeping Brielle got pushed into the room with a breathing mask on her. Everyone got there own small bed because the room was big.

Nurses: hi I'll be Brielles Cosentinos nurse and we ran the test we'll get the results out

Kairi: why are you running tests what's wrong with her

Nurse: nothings wrong unless the tests come out bad

The nurse said dodging his question not wanting him to get worried. Everyone had a ER band and was connected to a breathing mask just in case.

Alejandro: hospital vibes

Mattia: fuck this shit I'm done WTH

He said making everything come to a realization

Kairi: what would even start the fire

He said looking at his poor daughter praying that nothing happening to her.

Alejandro: literally nothing she had no fire hazards in her room kairi made sure of it multiple times

Kairi: I hate to say this but I think it was planned

Alejandro: probably by celery

Mattia: don't worry about the house we all have insurance so it will replace everything. What we need to worry on is Brielle she was in the fire longer than anyone and breathed in a lot of smoke she's only 3 her lungs aren't that big not to bring any harm but there's gonna be something wrong with her

Alejandro: Mattia dont say that

Kairi: no it's true but we'll get passed it we always do

He said putting his hand on his daughters

Mattia pulled out his phone and kairi and ale turned towards him

Mattia: what?

Alejandro: you had your phone the whole ass time

Mattia: yeah who'd you think called the cops

Mattia said going back on his phone

Kairi: oh sorry maybe CALL OUR PARENTS

Mattia: hell naw I ain't calling my mom she's going be smothering me I'm 22 I know how to take care of myself

Alejandro: agreed

Kairi: my moms gonna hit me

Mattia: so just wait until we get out the hospital

Mattia went on Instagram and his face fell

Kairi: what's wrong

Mattia: boys... we are screwed. NO BEYOND SCREWED LIFE KEEPS WANTING TO BITE ME IN MY ASS
