As long as she wanted to be his, he will always be by her side one way or another.

Immediately after the funeral, they dropped off Stella with the Tartel family before heading off to a meeting.
"I'm so sorry this is so last minute. I was going to call soon, but I didn't expect to call you for this."
"Oh darling, that's all right. I would love to look after the little princess."
"Thanks, we'll be back before midnight."
"Take your time."
They still had to discuss about Calla's situation with her dad and the latest attack, but which one do they discuss about first? One thing was certain, none of them were going to let this go easily, especially when all of them were thirsty for revenge.
While everyone was in the main office, Calla told them that she would join in five minutes.
"I have to use the bathroom. Don't start without me."
After she was done with her business, she entered Stefano's office. Looking around the room, she recognized everyone, except for one person.
This man walked towards Stefano threw a punch towards his face causing his nose to bleed. As Calla watched, wondering why no one was stopping them, she thought why didn't Stefano block the punch. He had quick reflexes and the punch the guy threw wasn't fast either.
She was torn whether she should just shoot her gun to get their attention or just watch it unfold. She was intrigued. At least she was, now Calla just found it boring.
Wondering whether her aim was still as good as before, she took out the red knife that she always kept with her, and threw it towards the anonymous man.
The knife was not close enough to pierce through the man's head, but precise enough to create a small cut on his ear.
Looking at the knife that was now stuck on the bookshelf, "What the fuck man, we agreed on no weapons twelve years ago!"
"Out of everyone, you know I hate cheaters, and from the fifteen years you've known me, all my weapons are black." Stefano said while taking out his handkerchief to wipe the blood that was on his face.
Each and every one of them in the room recognized the knife and stood up from their seats and bowed.
"Donna."
"Good afternoon," as she sat down at her seat that was right beside Stefano's, "so someone want to explain to me why Don is fighting with an anonymous man the moment I walk in."
Looking at Stefano with happiness covering his face, "That's the girl you chose?"
Rolling his eyes, "Do you not check the news?"
"No, that's for old people."
The man walked towards Calla and offered her a handshake, "Nice to finally meet you. I'm Jax Lockheart," winking at her before saying, "Stefano's favourite cousin."
