thursday rolled by, and contrary to popular belief, saihara had cried his eyes out of his loss of euphoria and happiness from whatever had happened in the janitors closet. it just seemed too perfect—too perfect for him to even touch himself over the matter like every other night. so, as a luxury, he bought sushi and rewatched danganronpa like always.

though today, the brunette was once again being chased down the hall by momota again; he only got lucky yesterday after all.

"c'mon fuckass!! lemme pound your fucking face in!" he growled as saihara whizzed around everyone he could. he was getting tired of this shit... getting bandaged by the touchy upper class nurse was the last thing he wanted to do either way. no one was going to help him—he was going to get fucking destroyed overall and go to the nurse and be all miserable...

but suddenly, of course, a bump into a familiar weed like scent and brown cotton jacket took him out of his mindless running—the other figure didnt budge too much and he could immediately tell that it was his one and only. and despite this, he was immediately yanked from the strong hold overall by his collar.

"hAh!"

his cap falling to the ground, but that was the least of his concerns. a sharp pain ran through his nose bridge, and blood ran down his nostril onto his lips and all just as quick. he tried to cover it up, shutting his eyes tight as tears of raw pain came out of his eyes. "nGh- my nose-"

momota laughed, ignoring saihara's broken nose. "why the hell are you worried about your nose ya twink? im gonna beat your ass up before you can even get to your—"

"let him go, kaito."

like a guardian angel, amami had stood in front of him, pendant turning an codominant purple and cap in hand.

"why should i? he's my victim—"

"and he's my puppy now. so either get off of him or i'm going to do that one thing you hate oh so very much."

"what. w-wait... not that thing.." he turned pale, instantly dropping saihara. he didnt really care that he almost fell to the ground and could've broken his ankles or something. he couldn't even process the situation correctly, since their banter was blank in his head.

only moments after, he heard arguing, but it was cut off by heavy footsteps wandering off. blood dripped from his nose to the floor, the pain becoming a bit easier to handle. people whizzed past him, though... he could see his savior kneel down to him and offer him a tissue.

"oi. did he break your nose too? god youre weak..."

he couldnt even care that amami had called him weak, seeing that he basically saved his fucking life. "s-sorry..." he apologized as he took the tissue, clogging his nose with the soft material. drying tears were dripping down his face as he took in the throbbing throughout his nose bridge.

"whatever, get up and lets get out of here or a teacher's gonna yell at us." amami stood up, already leaving, weirdly enough.

"a-ah- wait-" he didnt realize he would leave without him so cruelly, but he got the least stares he could ask for as he got up and stuck behind him.

the savior looked back for a good second, a small huff escaping from his lips. he wanted saihara to follow him obviously...

a small blush was forming on the both of their faces, pendant reddening with what seemed to be love.
