The engaged couple (truthfully they aren't, it's what Hee Joo assumed) are staring at each other down the hallway of their house, knowing exactly what goes around in their head right now.
"So, are you gonna lock me in a room according to Mi Jung's orders?"
"I don't follow anybody's orders, but for sure, locking you in was the only option." Jin Woo replied with a firm tone in his voice.
The tension between them gets higher as their words keep going back and forth. He sighs in frustration, meanwhile, she rubs her temples.
"So, it has come to this, then? Being so violent and our relationship not working out?" She questioned, her voice sounded hurt, and disappointed.
"Do you really think there's a relationship between us? For me, there is. But you? I don't think so." He replied and he bites his lower lip, furious at the truth.
For once, even knowing there's no 'us' in their relationship (at least to Hee Joo), she breaks down into tears, not because of how corrupted they have become, but because of how much his behavior changed.
"I know that you know I never feel the same as you do, but I thought that you are the bigger person in this situation." She spoke as her voice broke.
"Yes, I do. Very well, if you must know. But this time, for everyone's sake, I just had to stop you."
"Everyone? Does that include me and Young Joon? When he's in the dark about this, and you said everyone?!" She exclaims, feeling hurt by his choice of words.
Not having any option, he drags her to her bedroom, while she tries to resist him, but to no avail. Eventually, he managed to get her to her room and locks the door.
Meanwhile, Hee Joo is inside the room banging the door, begging to open them while crying sorrowfully.
"Please, Jin Woo! Open this door!" She pleaded.
As the banging continues, Jin Woo stares at the door with guilt, and there's a look of sadness display on his face.
I'm sorry, darling. I can't afford to lose you. You are the one that I want, and no one else. He thought to himself and left to his bedroom without a second glance, scared that he would change his mind.
As soon as he got into his room, he phones a number and waits for them to accept. Seconds later, a voice chimes in.
"I did what was supposed to do, and I assume you guys can make the wedding go faster tomorrow?" He asked with a deep tone of seriousness.
'Of course, I wouldn't want her to come to ruin my big day. I want you to make sure you watch her closely and not letting her get away. I swear I'll make your life a living hell if you don't watch her well.' Said Mi Jung on the other side of the phone. And later, the phone call has ended.
Meanwhile, Young Joon is having a bachelor party with his friends. They are at his house having fun and getting crazy before his big day.
While his friends are enjoying, he excuses himself for a moment, as he feels he has a lot of things going on inside his head. Just then, Daniel approaches him.
"Hey, what's this bridegroom doing here? Is something wrong?" Asked Daniel, feeling concerned about his buddy being off in his own bachelor party.
