Another exhausting night. Emma woke up 5 times last night and wouldn't go back to sleep.
I woke up to the bed moving, "Jack where are you going?" I mumbled. "I have to go to the store. We don't have food." "Okay can you bring Emma over here?" I asked and he nodded. He brought Emma over and I sat up. "I'll bring you her clothes and stuff so you can change her." He said and walked back to her room. He came back with a diaper, a purple onesie, and a purple bow. "Thanks babe." I said and he pecked my lips. "I'll be back soon." He said and kissed Emma's forehead. "Bye princesses." He said and walked out the door.
I changed Emma and put on her bow. "God you are so cute." I said and kissed her. "Now mommys gonna go change, then we'll go see grandma ok." I said picking her up and putting her in her baby swing. I changed into a black v neck and jeans. I put my hair in a bun and started doing my make up, when my phone started ringing.
"Hello?" I answered. "Hello is this Bella Santana?" "This is she." "Jack Gilinsky has been in a very serious car accident and we need you to get here quickly." "Oh my god. I'l- I'll be there right away." "Okay I'm sorry." She said and I hung up trying to hurry. I started crying and ran to get my shoes. I picked up Emma and put her in her carseat. I picked it up and started walking out the door. "Shit." I mumbled after I realized I forgot the diaper bag. I ran inside got it and then went to the car.
I got to hospital and put Emma in her stroller. I walked to the front desk, "Uh hi. What room is Jack Gilinsky in?" I asked. "Room 5461" "Is he stable?" "Yes he should be fine." The lady said and I sighed in relief. I went to the elevator and went up to his room. I got there and David and Molly were walking out of his room. "Hey guys." I said and gave them both a hug. "Hey Bella." "How's Jack." "He's doing fine, he should be out today." "Thank god." I said and Molly bent down to say hi to Emma. "We're gonna go the cafeteria. You can go in to the room." David said. "Ok I'll see you guys later." "Bye Bella bye Emma." David said and I walked into Jack's room. He had a broken leg and a few scratched and bruises. "Thank god you're ok." I said once I saw him. "Hey baby." He said and smiled weakly. I took Emma out of her carseat, and Jack scooted over so there was room for me to sit. I put her in his arms and I laid my head on his shoulder. "They called me and made it seem so serious, I thought you were dead." I said and a tear slipped down my face. "Don't cry babe I'm ok." He said and kissed the side of my face. Then Emma started crying, "She's hungry." I said and got her bottle. I handed it to Jack and he started feeding her.
The doctor came in, "Hello Jack." "Hey Dr.Ken." "So you obviously have a broken leg, but you should be getting the cast off in 4 weeks. Other than that just some scratches and bruises you'll be fine. You can sign these papers and you're good to go." He said and handed him the clipboard and I took Emma and put her back in her stroller. "Thank you." Dr.Ken said taking the clipboard back. "You'll be able to walk without crutches, you're foot isnt too major." He said and walked out of the room. "Let's go." I said and started pushing the stroller.
We got to our house and Emma was in a bad mood. "Emma please please stop crying." I said and started rocking back and forth in the rocking chair. "She's hungry." Jack said. "No she's not I already tried feeding her!" "Did you burp her?" "Yes! That's not the problem!" "How about her diaper?" "Jack I've checked everything she just won't stop crying!!" I yelled and got up. "Stop screaming maybe that's why she's crying!" Jack said back. I rolled my eyes and walked out the door and to my mom's house. "Emma won't stop crying mom what do I do?" I asked. She took Emma from me and started playing with her, doing random things I guess trying to distract Emma. "Here Bella. She's fine now, she just wanted some attention" "That's all I give her." I said and we both started laughing. "Thanks mom." "Come back for dinner." "Alright." I said and walked back to my section of the house. Jack was laying down in the bed, and I put Emma in her swing. "I'm sorry." I mumbled and laid next to him. "It's ok. I know you're just stressed out." He said and wrapped his arms around me. I laid my head on his chest, "My mom said to go over for dinner." "Ok baby, we still have an hour. Look Emma just fell asleep so that means we can take a nap." He said and looked over at Emma who was sleeping peacefully. I looked back at him and puckered my lips. He kissed them and then I closed my eyes.
"Come on Bella. It's dinner time." Jack said shaking me. "Ok I'm hungry." I said and sat up. I fixed my hair quickly and then Jack put Emma in her car seat. We walked over to my mom's house and everyone was already serving their food. "Yay my favorite person is here." Melissa said running over and getting Emma. "My goddaughter." She said and kissed her cheek. I laughed and then Jack and I went to serve our food.
