{11} The City That Never Sleeps

Selena's POV

Everyone is now up, they are all getting ready for New York. They all get in the uber they called to drop them off at the airport. And they all got starbucks and McDonald's at the airport. I got my food. A chicken sandwich from McDonald's. And a green tea Frap. What I usually get from Starbucks. And I sit down and someone fell on the floor next to me. I rush to help her up. "Are u okay??" I asked worriedly. "Yeah. Just a little clumsy." She said laughing a little. "Hi, I'm selena." I put my hand out for her to shake. "Charlie." and she shakes me hand. Wait.. why does that name sound so familiar. We sit down, after I get my food. And she said, "I'm excited to see my boyfriend jai and I guess I got to excited so I fell" "wait. jai? As in, jai brooks?" I ask remembering why her name sounded familiar. "Yeah. Are you a fangirl or something?" She asked slightly worried. "No. We are going to go visit jai in New York. I thought you were already in New York?" I asked confused. "No. My flight got canceled yesterday. So here I am." She said doing hand motions.

"Flight 719 to la is now boarding" I take the only bite that was left and we walk toward the group. I introduce them and Charlie kinda just hangs with the guys and I go with angel and alexis. We all sit together in 1st class. I sit in my chair and a lady brings me champagne. I was about to tell her I'm underage but o decided to just drink it. Alexis and Angel said, "wow" in unison. Then looked at each other wide eyed. And started laughing their asses off. Did they get champagne, a little too much that is. well sometimes their just naturally crazy. I finish my champagne. And I grab my lap top and connect to the plane wifi. I put on my headphones and play games. Then I get a FaceTime call from, matt? I answer it and give him a weird look. Only because he's 3 seats behind me. "Hey cutie" he said through the laptop. I looked down and blushed. "Hey" I said above a whisper. "aye, look up. I like seeing your beautiful face." I blush again but don't look down. He smiles at me. I smile at him and say, "so why'd you facetime me" "because I wanted to talk to you" he replied. "Abouuuuuttttt?" I said dragging out the word. "You, me, us, New York. it's the city of love." he said and I giggle. "Actually that's Paris." I said laughing. "I love your laugh" he said. "And I love your face" I giggle slightly. now it's his turn to blush.

Matts POV

I want to ask her out. I think I'm gonna do it while we're in New York. I just have to wait for the perfect moment. I got it. I will set up lights around the rooftop of the hotel and I will set up a picnic and I will get her a necklace. With the letter 'M' on it, for Matt. Duh. "Matt" I heard someone calling my name. I look up and Selena is waving her hand in front of the screen. "I've been trying to get your attention for like 5 minutes." She said laughing slightly. "Sorry, I was just thinking" I said smiling. "Well what is gonna happen when we all get to New York." She asked. "I'm thinking we all hang out with the janoskians guys and Charlie." I responded "sounds good" she smiled. "So angels birthday is coming up. Right?" I asked. "Yeah. February 11th. It's her, 17th birthday. I don't know what to get her though." She says slightly worried. "I've known angel for a couple months now and I know that she would be happy if you get her a full meal." I said truthfully. "True, true. I might get her ken Rockzen merch too." "Who's that" I asked. "A motor cross racer/rider person." She said laughing a little. " please turn off all electronic devises we we'll be landing shortly" the flight attendant said. We said our goodbyes and and waited for the plane to land. This is gonna be a fun trip. The plane landed and we all got our carry ons. Then we got our suitcases and I walked up to Selena and held her hand. She looked down and smiled then looked up at me and smiled again. We got into the car that was sent for us and once we got in we were surprised. It's a party bus. "This better not turn into that episode of eye candy or I will cry" Selena says jokingly with a hint of seriousness. We all start dancing and just having fun. And before we know it we got to the hotel. We grabbed our suitcase and went to the front desk. All the girls got a room together, Charlie was in jais room, I was sharing with Nash and cam, and all the other rooms were the same people. And them Taylor and cam ran around the halls spraying silly string all over the place. This is gonna be fun.
