21 : it will never be the same

Matts POV.
I go in the kitchen where everyone is and I say, "why didn't you say anything" directing it towards Cameron, Nash, Carter, and Hayes. "Bro, what are you talking about" Nash says coming closer to me. "Your leaving magcon?" I say a little above a whisper. Everyone's eyes widen. "Matt, listen you haven't heard the whole story yet. We just don't want to make somebody rich by using us. You know that magcon tickets are expensive. And what? Just to meet us? We aren't even famous. Just kids with a phone who got lucky. We love meeting our fans. And we will always be a family but do you honestly think staying in magcon would do us any good?" Cameron said. "Well I guess we'll never find out. Will we?" I said getting ready to leave the house. "Matt, wait." Selena says grabbing my arm. "No selena, do you not feel anything? Remember all the lip gloss dances, the dance battles, the hotel videos? They are leaving! And magcon won't ever be the same! You know it, I know it, everyone in the magcon fandom knows it!" I yell. Once I see selena flinch I feel my face soften. "Selena I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." I say hugging her. "Listen, I'm just a little on edge right now. I'm going to cool off. Hey. I love- that outfit you have on" I say pointing to her sweat pants and loose crop top. she has a small smile. "Haha, yeah. Um, thanks." She then kisses my cheek. "I'll see you later." I say and close the door. Why was I so scared to tell her? She probably already knows what I was gonna say. I mean, she's not stupid. She's actually really smart. That's another thing I love about her. And I do, at least I think I do. I'm not so sure. I know she means a lot to me. And she's amazing but do I love her? We've only been dating for 1 months. Actually. Today is our 1 month anniversary. Wait! Oh crap, I forgot. i need to buy her a gift. I'm going to go to the mall. Before I know it in already here. I want to get her a promise ring. To let her know I'm always going to be here.

I walk into a jewelry store and ask them about promise rings. They brought me multiple rings to choose from. They brought one that looks like a tiara, one that one with small diamonds around it, and one with a knot. I asked about the knot ring and the lady said, "see, the knot symbolizes a knot that haven't been fully tied yet, but has the intentions of being tied. So which one would you like sir?" "Definitely the knot one. How much?" I asked. She ringed it up and it's was about 80 dollars. I grabbed the box and put it in a bag. I thank the lady who's name is Lauren and walk out. I exit the mall and make my way to Selena's house. Hopefully she likes the gift. I walk in and everyone is seated in the living room. "Umm hey. Selena. Can we talk?" I say smiling. "Sure" she smiles back and we walk to her room and onto her balcony. "So. You know what today is. Right?"i say smirkingly. "April 17th?" She questions. Did she really forget? It's usually the guy that forgets but she actually forgot. "So what's in the bag?" She asked pointing to the bag. I turn away from her and pull out the ring box and stuff it in the pocket of my sweat shirt. I turn back around and I see a gift where Selena was standing. "What?" I follow the small pictures of all our memories together. At magcon, her school, with our friends. I smiled. Shouldn't I do this stuff for her? Wow. I honestly don't deserve her. She's special. And with her come her crazy ass friends. But they're cool. Haha.

I continue walking down stairs and see selena with a bag and a huge box and a present bag next to selena. "You didn't think I forgot, did you?" I open the box and see there is a chair. But not just any chair. A actor/director chair. I've always wanted to be those things. My dad even called me, "Mr. Hollywood." I hug her and tell her that she's the best. she then hands me the other bag which is full of really nice clothes that must've costed a lot. I looked closer at the chair and it said "espinosa" on the back. I smiled and kissed her on her nose. " I really don't deserve you" I say honestly. "I know" she laughs jokingly. She take my hand and sits me on the couch. And after that she sits next to me. "So, how do you feel about the whole magcon thing?" She asks seriously. "well. I don't know. I mean, I'm really sad they're leaving but they are right. If we want to get somewhere in life we are going to have to move on. And I can't be in magcon without them. It won't be the same" I say shrugging a little. "Nothing will be the same" she finishes.

Okay. So I'm soooooo sorry. I didn't update last week because I didn't have internet. And I feel like this story is ending soon. Like, not that soon but in the next 10-15 ish chapters. But again, I'm so sorry. And I love you guys. Have a good night. xxxxxxx.
