A week later
It's been a week since Buddnel had his cavity filled. Buddnel has went back home after Garnet told him that it's safe to go back home. Spinel has been by Buddnel's side the whole time. All of the sudden Spinel's phone started ringing. Spinel looked confused and answers her phone. It was Blue Diamond.
Blue Diamond (On the phone): Is this Spinel?
Spinel (On the phone): Yes.
Blue Diamond (On the phone): We need help, Pink Pearl is missing.
Spinel (On the phone): ... I-I... I'll be there...
Blue Diamond (On the phone): Thank you. *Hangs up*
Spinel: *Hangs up and walks to the warp pad*
Buddnel: ... Bye!
Spinel: Bye Buddnel, I'll be back.
Buddnel: Ok.
Spinel warps to Homeworld only to see that everyone who lives on Homeworld is currently looking for Pink Pearl at the moment. Spinel started to think before warping to The Garden. Thank goodness for Spinel The Garden still looks healthy and full of life.
Spinel: *Looks around The Garden* Pink Pearl? Are you here?
Soft crying can be heard in the distance. Spinel hears this and went to check. It was Pink Pearl and she was in bad shape. From the looks of it Pink Pearl could've been in The Garden for at least a few months. Pink Pearl's buns are messy and her cloths are partially torn.
Spinel: *Shocked by what she's seeing* Pink Pearl?
Pink Pearl: *Jumped in surprise* A-agh! *Turns around to see it was Spinel* S-Spinel...?
Spinel: Yeah, it's me Pink Pearl. *Sits next to Pink Pearl* Blue Diamond called me and said that you went missing and... I got worried...
Pink Pearl: W-why...!? *Tears up* You s-should've hate me b-by now...! *Starts crying* After e-everything I said a-and done to y-you, why did you w-worry about m-me...!?
Spinel: Because it's my fault for leaving you without saying goodbye! I've been gone for a year and never once visited you! I blamed myself for this mess! *Tears up* I just want to be bestfriends again!
Pink Pearl: No Spinel, it's MY fault! I should've visited you as soon as I heard the news instead of blaming you and using Pink Diamond as an insult! That was wrong of me!
Spinel started hugging Pink Pearl, who hugged back. Pink Pearl continues hugging Spinel and starts to try to get warm in Spinel's arms since she felt REALLY cold at the moment.
Spinel: I'm so sorry...!
Pink Pearl: I'm so sorry too...
Spinel: So, can we be bestfriends again?
Pink Pearl: ... Yes... *Sneezes violently* C-can you help m-me...?
Spinel nods and carefully starts carrying Pink Pearl back home. Pink Pearl stays close to Spinel trying to get warm. Pink Pearl's body can be felt as cold as ice to the touch. Pink Pearl clearly gotten sick as she continues to desperately try to get warm once again.
Spinel warps themselves back to Homeworld as Pink Pearl clearly gotten sick as she continues to desperately try to get warm once again. Spinel hugs Pink Pearl tightly. Pink Pearl hugs back tightly, but her body was still as cold as ice to the touch. Spinel holds Pink Pearl close.
Pink Pearl: S-Spinel... Please h-help me...
Spinel: What should I do?
Pink Pearl: Nurse me back to health...
Spinel: *Nods* Ok.
Pink Pearl snuggles into Spinel's arms for warmth. Spinel holds Pink Pearl close. Pink Pearl wonders what Spinel's house is like on Earth. Spinel continues to hold Pink Pearl close to her as she look into Pink Pearl's eyes (or eye).
Spinel: Ya wanna stay at my house 'til ya get better?
Pink Pearl: Yeah...
Spinel smiles at this. Pink Pearl shivers and waits for Spinel to take her to her house on earth. Spinel warps themselves to earth. Pink Pearl hangs onto Spinel as she tries to get warm in Spinel's arms while sneezing violently 5x.
Pink Pearl: Are we there yet...?
Spinel: Almost.
Pink Pearl: Ok...
Spinel holds Pink Pearl close to her as she leads the way. Pink Pearl looks around while trying to get warm in Spinel's arms. Spinel walks inside her house once she made it. Pink Pearl finally started to warm up. Spinel smiles at this.
Buddnel: *Uses his gem power to stretch his nose and boop Spinel's nose with his nose from his house* Boopy boop boop!
Spinel: *Chuckles and blushes at this*
Buddnel: Hi Spinel, what's Pink Pearl doing here? :3
Spinel: Pink Pearl is stayin' at my house 'til she's feelin' better.
Buddnel: Ok. :P
Spinel smiles at this as Pink Pearl sneezes violently again. Spinel puts Pink Pearl on her couch. Pink Pearl shivers again. Spinel grabs Pink Pearl a blanket and tucks her in it. Pink Pearl snuggles into the blanket causing Spinel to smile at this.
Pink Pearl: Thank you...
