You and the crew all rowed down the straight of an island in rowboats. Jack still being overly cautious.
"Why is Jack afraid of the open ocean?" Will asked.
"Well, if you believe such things, there's a beast that does the bidding of Davy Jones. A fearsome creature with giant tentacles that'll suction your face clean off. Dragging entire ships down to the darkness." Gibbs explained.
"The kraken." You said as you looked down into the water.
"You see the stench of its breath is like..." Gibbs shuddered. "Imagine the last thing you know of Gods green earth is the roar of the kraken and the reeking odor of a thousand rotting corpses. If you believe such things." Gibbs finished.
"And they key will spare us from that fate?" Will asked.
"Now that's the very question Jack wants answered. Bad enough to go visit... her." Gibbs answered.
"Her?" Will asked.
"Aye." Gibbs answered.
You continued to row deep into the foggy swamp. To what looked like a broken down old shack. Jack climbed up onto the dock.
"No need worry mates. Tia Dalma and I go way back. Thick as thieves. Nigh insperable we are. We're. Have been. Before." Jack trailed off. Your face turned red. You looked down to cover it.
"I'll watch your back." Gibbs answered.
"It's me front I'm worried about. And y/n getting jealous." Jack smirked at you. You scowled at him and the whole entire crew whistled.
"Mind the ship." Gibbs said. The message got passed all the way down until only cotton was left and even the parrot flew with the crew inside.
You walked into the shabby broke down looking shack. A black iridescent boa that was only about two feet long crawled on your shoulder. The reptile almost gave you a spark of joy. You decided to let him stay there. Joy is something that's been sparse for you lately. A very tan lady with messy dreadlocks and black teeth looked up from her table.
"Jack Sparrow." She smiled as she looked up.
"Tia Dalma." Jack said, holding his hands out as he walked in.
"I always knew the wind was gwine blow you back to me one day." She sauntered up to him. When she saw Will however, her expression changed.
"You." She started. "You have a certain touch of destiny about you. William Turner." She said as she walked up close to him.
"You know me?" Will asked. She looked up to his face.
"You want to know me." She responded. Jack ran up between her and Will.
"There'll be no knowing here." Jack intervened. "We've come for help and we're not leaving without it. I thought I knew you." Jack guided Tia Dalma away.
"Not so well as I'd hoped." Tia responded as she guided Jack. You and Will hung back. He noticed the expression on your face.
"And I thought I knew him." You sighed.
"You pushed him away y/n. And honestly I can't blame you." Will looked skeptically at Jack. "Who's your new friend?" Will asked.
"I don't know. He climbed around my shoulders and I think i kind of like him." You shrugged. Will went to catch up with Jack. You tried to maneuver through the various vials and jars that hung from the ceiling. You finally got to a table and all sat down.
"What service may i do you?" Tia asked as she stroked Wills face. "You know I demand payment." She looked up harshly at Jack.
"I brought payment!" Jack said enthusiastically. He whistled and brought the dreaded monkey in a cage to give to her.
