This story idea with these OC is based on the stories from DinoThunder360. I would recommend his stories. In my opinion they are really good.
Before his rebirth, Jedono was a German surgeon and doctor with ten years of experience named Jerome Malters. He loved his job and he loved going out with his friends. He enjoyed playing pen and paper with a few of these friends. His favorite pens and papers were Pathfinder and Dungeon and Dragons. When Jerome drove home from his friends a little drunk, he tried to avoid a deer that was running across the street and lost control, thereby causing an accident that cost him his life. Although he should be dead, he woke up in a forest that was unknown to him, but not as himself but as his last played pen and paper character Jedono, the half-dragon fighter and alchemist, who became a unique dragon in the middle of his last campaign. Over time, he learned that he had the skills, knowledge and equipment of his character and that he was no longer on earth but in the world of The Legend of Spyro.

Jedono has a long dark gray scaled body and light gray belly scales. He has six horns on his head and spines from head to tail tip and on the lower jaw. He has six bright green eyes without pupils. Unusually for dragons, he has no wings. He has a pair of thin hind legs and two pairs of thin front legs. He can grip with his front claws because he has thumbs.
Personality:
Jedono is a polite and helpful person who loves his job as a doctor and surgeon. He is inquisitive, clever and a bookworm who can also be very stubborn and too honest, but sometimes Jedono feels guilty because as Jerome he could not save or help all patients and is often afraid of making mistakes that could harm a person.

After his awakening he is a talented swordsman, he can wear heavy plate armor and move around in it and he can now speak draconic. He got all the knowledge his character knew, such as how to brew potions, how to hunt and how to cook and he knows how to create constructs like homunculus or golems. As a dragon, Jedono has darkvision, low-light vision and he can expelled a jet of highly corrosive acid and poisonous and green mist.
