I woke up an hour earlier than I needed to. I tried to go back to sleep but it was not working so I just decided to get up and start getting ready. I stepped out of bed and immediately felt my headache.

𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵.

I stepped over Thomas who was still sound asleep on the floor. I needed to shower so I went to the bathroom. I closed and locked the door. Not that I didn't trust Thomas. I turned the heat up pretty high and stepped in. The hot water hit my skin and made me jump slightly because of the sudden change in temperature. The water streamed down my body. It was so peaceful. I finished washing my hair and body then got out. I wrapped the warm towel around me.

𝘜𝘨𝘩. 𝘔𝘺 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮.

I opened the door. I walked out looking at the ground. Suddenly, I hit something hard. I looked up. It was Thomas. I then noticed that my towel had fallen down a bit too far...

I slapped my hand over my mouth at what had happened making the towel fall down farther. I frantically pulled it up, though he had seen it before, I was still embarrassed.

"Oh my god, I'm sorry Thomas." I felt my cheeks turn red.

He looks at me and places his hand on my cheek.

"It's fine. It really is." He says as he comes closer.

I gulp. I have no idea what's about to play out. We are extremely close. We stare into each other's eyes. He slowly leans in. His lips touch mine and we kiss. Our lips move together with great skill. He deepens the kiss and I let him. I wrap my arms around his neck as he picks me up and places me on the bathroom counter. He slowly moves his lips down to my neck and leaves small kisses.

But I just felt compelled to put an end to this before it got any farther.  I don't know why. It just didn't feel right.

"Thomas." I said as I abruptly broke the kiss.

"Is something wrong?" he asked.

"I don't know. I just can't do this, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get you worked up or anything It just doesn't feel like-"

"Olivia. Stop."  he interrupted. "It's fine. Nothing should be forced." he smiled.

"Ok." I said. "Thank you."

I quickly walked into the bedroom and got dressed. I had to leave. I needed to get my mind off the previous event.

"Bye, Thomas. I'm leaving." I shouted.

"Already?" he asked. "We don't have class for another 45 minuets and breakfast isn't for another 20-"

I cut him off. "I'm just gonna... uhm... take a walk until then. Meet you in the Great Hall soon."

I walked out and shut the door behind me.

What was up with me today?

I ignored it and moved on. It was probably just the alcohol. I decided to go to the library and do some studying for charms. I was starting to fail the class. But I could NOT do that. My dad would be so furious. He doesn't accept bad grades. Even when I'm trying my hardest. Suddenly, someone sat in front of me.

"Hey Olivia, what are you doing?" their annoying voice hurt my ears.

I looked up. It was Pansy. Pansy Parkinson. Just who I need to make my day even worse.

"What the hell do you want Pansy?" I sighed.

"Just a little insider information on you and Draco." she smiled sarcastically.

"What about us?" I said genuinely confused.

"Don't act like you didn't do anything with him last night. I saw you two getting close after the party. And I just want you to know, he's mine. You'll never have him. Maybe in your dreams I guess." she said.

"First of all, I don't know what you're talking about. Second of all, I don't want Draco and never will. And lastly, I don't think he wants a pug faced bitch like you either. So fuck off, I'm trying to study." she was getting on my last nerves.

"At least I'm not a slut. Nobody likes sluts." she laughed.

That's it. I stood up. We were face to face.

"I am not. a fucking. slut." I seethed. Then I slapped her on the cheek. Leaving an intense red mark on the side of her ugly face. Nobody calls me a slut and gets it easy.

She put her hand to her cheek in disbelief. I could see the anger in her eyes. She then ran away. I was about to sit back down, but I looked behind me. There was a group of students, from assorted houses, who had seen it all. And unfortunately in front of them all, was Umbridge. With her arms crossed and a troubled look on her face.

"Olivia Wood! I am so very disappointed in you! That will give you a detention after school! Snape will be having one in his classroom. I expect you go there immediately after school." she said sternly.

I opened my mouth to fight back, then quickly closed it again. It wasn't worth it. I would just accept the detention. I nodded my head.

She then stormed out of the room shaking her head.

Detention it is.
