There's blood flowing down her feet, make it stop.
Her tears keep flowing make them stop.
Her scars wincing on every thought,
The scars on her heart, they truly hurt.
Let's fix this she's dying,
Not from anything but in silence.
Don't blame her for not speaking,
It's really not that easy.
She was battered and abused,
She needs care and not pointing fingers to get her confused.
She's here, her heart is elsewhere,
It's cos of what u did, her tears and blood were shed.
She begged with all she had, you stuffed her mouth to be silent,
She begged more, you didn't stop till you broke the hymen.
You bullied her for your pleasure
And the thought of it gives her heart seizures.
The image keep flashing in her head,
She tries to kill the image but it never stays dead.
Her world is drowning right before her sight,
The only option she's considering is suicide,
Let's help her, let's spread love,
RAPE IS EVIL.
Explanation:
This poem means a lot to me. I wrote it as a result of the plague of rape that flooded the land during the lock down and I want all victims out there to know that they have a voice in me,I'll use all the platforms I have cos her helpless screams needs our listening ears.
