*Jack J*
"Wait, Adrianna is yours?" I asked. He nodded."Why wouldn't you tell us about her? Or that you even had a child?"
"We knew how Mallory felt about adoption and we knew if we told you, you might end up telling her. So we felt better about hiding it."
"Does Adrianna know?" Jack shook his head.
"We were going to tell her when we got home. But Leigh is dead and I can't face our daughter alone."
"I want you to take Adrianna." I said.
"What?"
"When we get home, I think you and her should bond. I think it isn't fair that she doesn't know who her parents are. Or who they were."
"Don't you dare phase it like that." Jack said pissed at me.
"What?"
"Don't point out Leigh is gone. I can't handle it."
"I know Jack. Mal is gone too."
"Mal is safe! She didn't get on the plane! Leigh did! That's why it's different." Oops. Forgot about that.
"I'm sorry." I said quietly.
"It's fine."
"You know there is still a possibility that Leigh is ok. She's tough. Maybe she survived."
"Don't give up. You don't know for sure." I tried to keep his spirits up.
"You are right. I don't" He got up and left. Was it something I said?
*Leigh*
"Psst!" I heard. I turned over and saw the captain of the guy who flew me here."Come with me." He said. I got up and he helped me walk outside.
"Where are you taking me?" I asked.
"To help you find your husband."
"He's gone." I said.
"No he's not. We found signs of them."
"Them?"
"Your husband and his best friend. Jack."
"Mallory?"
"I don't know sorry." He helped me into the plane.
"Come on." He started up the plane and started flying.
