maddies pov:

It's been a couple of days since daniel stormed off. I still find what happened funny but it's honestly ridiculous.

"has anyone seen Daniel?" I ask, walking into the boys' house. Corbyn and Zach were playing video games, Jonah was on his phone, and jack was being jack. "he hasn't come out of his room since a couple of days ago," says Corbyn, not looking away from the game he and Zach were playing. I sigh and sit down next to jonah.

"he's being stupid. he got mad for no reason and now he's ignoring me." Corbyn turns off the tv and sits down next to me. "bro I was going to win!" says Zach. "go talk to him." Corbyn finally says after flipping Zach off. they love each other, I swear.

i walk upstairs to Daniel's room and knock. "Daniel, it's me maddie." i say softly. he doesn't respond. "Daniel, open up." i knock on the door at least 3 times but still, no answer. i roll my eyes and walk back downstairs.

"still no luck?" asks Jonah. i just nod my head and sit back down next to him. "i still don't understand why he won't at least talk to you, mads. you're literally his soft spot." says Corbyn. i nod my head in agreement. "and i still can't believe he's mad at us for nothing. he literally got jealous because i was laying on your lap. it's not like we were fucking each other right in front of him." says Zach, rolling his eyes and laughing at himself. "language Zachary!" i finally say as he puts his hands up in defense. the rest of the day the 5 of us just talk about things other than the Daniel situation.
