1. All is well.....?

My name is Y/n I am just a normal 14-year-old girl, or as normal as you can get when your family is the Avengers.... and have powers which you have no idea where they came from - and your parents are Pepper Potts and Tony Stark. I go to midtown high; my best friends include Peter Parker (who I may or may not have a crush on) MJ and Ned. But if I am more honest, I am closer with Peter. I know he's Spider-Man do not worry, I will skip that part and everything, because my story is different, and all starts on a normal day at midtown high........right?

Y/n POV:

As soon as I get up, I can hear my mom shouting me to hurry so I can have breakfast before I go. "Y/n hurry up! Can't let you go to school on an empty stomach!" My mom shouted up to me. "Alright mom I'll be right down, just be a sec!" BING! I got a new message and when I saw it was Peter, I practically jumped over to my phone to check it, It read:

~On phone~

Hey sleepy head you up yet?
                                                   Yeah, why?

Cause you were supposed
to meet me 5 mins ago to
walk to the bus.
                                                Sorry! Woke up late,       
                                                On my way now

Ok silly, see you in 5 lets
hope we are not late 🙄!

~off phone~

I rushed around making sure I had everything and sprinted past my mum before she could say goodbye or give me my lunch. I got my headphones out of the case and popped them in, then started walking towards the spot where me and Peter usually meet up. As I was coming round the corner, I saw him with his midtown high sweater and curly brown hair about reaching his eyes, he then broke me out of my trance by waving me over and giving me a hug. " Trust you to oversleep on the first day back." He laughed, God his laugh was so entrancing. We walked and laughed at the fact that I was late on the first day of the first year.

I know in the film he does not take a bus, but it is just for the story so do not get mad please 😁.

We managed to catch the bus in time so when we got to school, we had a normal amount of time to put our stuff in our lockers, check our new timetables and get moving to first period. On my way to geometry, I saw these two new boys... I was confused because I thought 'wonder what they teach' but I then got extra confused when they started putting things in lockers and heading to lessons like everyone else, because they looked at least 20 but they say cannot judge a book by it cover right?

Later at lunch when everyone was eating their food or using their lunch money to get something, I was left eating nothing because I left my lunch in my hurry out the house that morning.
"Y/n do you not have any lunch?" Peter asked with a genuinely concerned face.
"Oh, it's just because I was late getting up and I rushed out not even thinking of lunch." I huffed.
"Well, you could always have some of mine if you want?" He asked smiling sweetly as he placed his tray on the table. "Wha..what oh no it's fine Pete honestly I'll be fine." I reassured. "You sure?" He asked questionably. "I'm sure" I smiled. "Ok then." He shrugged.

This is why I liked Peter because, he always puts other people before him, which can also be super annoying as well as he is always thinking he does not matter, and he is only there to help others. "Sup dorks" MJ said while slamming her fist on the table. "Hey MJ!" I said, then I noticed the figure of Ned getting closer. "Oh, look there's Ned!" He sped up and slumped down, out of breath." Have you guys seen the new kids?" Ned emphasised. " Yes, I have, there's definitely something off about them......" I trail off, staring at them. They look uncomfortable.

Then there is a snap over the intercom:
Xsxsxsk "principal speaking...can Y/n stark report to the head office, along with Ben Parker and Parker Benjamin." Xsxsxsk

I gathered my stuff and headed off to the office. Turns out the names that were called over the intercom were in fact the boys I had seen in the corridor this morning.
" Hey, you must be Y/n, the girl giving us a tour? I'm Ben." He had held out his hand for me to shake but I ignored it. "What?" I stared at him, confused. "Yeah, that's what the principal told us when we arrived today, did he not tell you?" This other boy beside Ben seemed to get more interested in the conversation. "Well, no he didn't. Who are you?" I retorted. "I'm Parker." But he was cut off by the principal. "Ah Y/n I'm assuming you will take these boys in a tour of our beautiful school?"
Wasn't exactly beautiful but hey he can dream.
"Yeah sure." I said unenthusiastically. The reason I said yes was because I was very suspicious of the boys. So I conjured up a plan. I would give a tour then halfway through I would confront them because, something was off I just did not know what. It was like they did not belong here....

"Here to your left is the science labs, the one we're outside is lab 10 where my science classes are held whose classroom belongs to Mr-." They clearly were not listening, so it is time for the interrogation. "So, where are you both from?" I chirped. There was a moment silence, they looked like they were thinking of whether to speak or not.
'"Umm Queens...?" Ben said as if convincing himself. "Yeah Queens." Parker quickly added for clarification. "So, are you brothers?" I ask questionably. "No." They say quick...and firmly. "Ok...?"

Definitely not suspicious at all that there saying the same things not at all, not at all...
"Well, your new here so have you moved from somewhere or did you used to go to a different school.... what?" Silence was the only thing you could hear........................
At that I knew I had caught them, but what had I caught them doing?

After school:

I had got home that night and told Pete everything over the phone as I did not see him again that day.

~over phone~

"Y/n, what are you getting at? So what they had the same answers, what's your point?" He sounded irritated. "c'mon Pete obviously somethings going on with them, they couldn't answer me when I asked them why they started here!" I shouted through my phone, as if that would get it to sink in. " Y/n maybe it's personal. And anyway, it's not unusual to live in the same place." He stated. " Whatever Pete I'm going to go for dinner ok bye!" I was slightly annoyed he did not think any of what I discovered was suspicious. "Ok bye, oh and
Y/n?" He questioned me. "Yeah?" I said curious of what he was going to say. "Drop this little investigation yeah?" He whispered all calmly with a hint of concern. "Ok.... bye!" I said hesitantly. "Bye!" He said back to his chipper self.

~off phone~

I was obviously not going to give it up, I was the most stubborn person when it comes to proving my theories are right.

Next day at school:

I decided to talk to the boys because I was going to find out what they are doing here and who they really were, as I knew they were not who they said they were.  I just had this feeling. "Hey Y/n can we talk? "Parker whispered, all shy. "Yeah sure." I said trying to act normal.
