Aiya

"How much for this?" Aiya asked the merchant coolly.

"Twenty copper pieces." the crooked man answered.

Rolling her eyes, Aiya gave the man the money. She picked up the best outfit in this small village for Azula to wear so she wouldn't have to wear her prison clothes. It certainly wasn't any royal material, but Azula would have to get over it.

Aiya made her way back to the campfire where Azula was petting Fuji.

"Here." Aiya said throwing Azula's brand new outfit at her.

"Interesting." Azula said scanning the clothes. She grumbled to herself and stood up. She went behind a tree to start changing.

"You know, when we get to the palace I am going straight to my room to find my royal clothes. I can't defeat Zu Zu looking like a peasant." Azula stated behind the tree.

Aiya simply rolled her eyes. Of course Azula had to be perfect. "Zuko probably got rid of your room, Azula. He probably changed it into something else." Aiya paused for a moment and then giggled to herself. "He probably turned it into Iroh's own tea station."

"Of course he'd give Uncle Fatso his own tea shop inside the palace. Well? What do you think?" Azula asked as she revealed her new outfit. She certainly looked like everyone else.

"You look like a piece of royalty." Aiya said with a sarcastic smile.

"Shut up." Azula said. Her serious attitude turned into a smile. Azula didn't do that much. She always had a permanent scowl on her face. Only once every blue moon did she smile.

"So what is your plan to get us to the Fire Lord?" Azula asked Aiya.

"Oh no. My plan was to get you out of that hell hole. Now it's your turn." Aiya said sharpening her knife.

Azula rolled her eyes. "I guess your right. The first thing we need to do is get back to the Fire Nation Capitol and into the palace. I'm sure security is tough, but we can sneak in. We know all the secret passages in and out of that palace. It shouldn't be too hard." Azula paused figuring out the next move. "Zuko will be guarded. Take out the guards and I'll handle Zuko. I'm sure his friends will be there as back up and we can take them no problem."

"What about the Avatar?" Aiya asked. She was unsure that they'd be able to take down the Avatar. Aang was very powerful bender.

"Don't worry about him. I'm sure you have a lot of pent up rage in you to take him out for good." Azula said with a smirk.

Aiya nodded her head. It was true. She had so much rage inside of her. So much anger. The Avatar was supposed to bring peace and protect the people, but he killed her mom. Maybe it wasn't on purpose, but it still stung.

...

The next couple of days were filled with riding on Fuji's back and going through multiple villages with their heads down. Word just got out that the former Fire Nation Princess escaped. So much for a sneak attack. Zuko would know that Azula was coming for him.

Aiya and Azula made it to one of the last villages they will see before they make it to the Fire Nation Capitol. Just outside the village was a small forest. They set up a small temporary camp and Aiya made her way into the village leaving Azula and Fuji behind.
