CHAPTER 40:OFFER

A loud ring of a phone...

"Hmmm..." y/n said as she get up from her bed picking her phone ringing in the morning.

"Hai?" She answered half asleep.

"Y/n, it's me!" Hearing the voice on the other side of the phone. Y/n thinking who is it.

"Hmmm. W-who?" She asked as she gets up and stretches her arm to awake her body and mind.

"Your father!"

"Ahh. Why are you calling me early in the morning?" She said as her body are fully awake.

"Did you watch the trending video?" Her father asked her. She frowned and confused of what video her father is talking.

"What video?" She asked as she makes herself to her laptop.

"Just check it. And come to our agency now!" Her father said and hung up.

She immediately check what her father is talking.

Searching...

Her mind suddenly fully awaken as she saw the video. It's her and Seiji singing.

Y/N POV

"W-WHAT?? H-HOWW?" I said shouting early in the morning.

"What's the matter darling?" My mom said as she rush towards my room.

"N-nothing ma!" I said as I sat to my chair.

"Okay. Go back to sleep it's too early!" My mom said and she went back to her room.

I'm calling my father right now. A single ring and he pick it up.

"How?" I asked him immediately.

"I don't know the full details honey. But, come to our agency. A lot of agency wants you to be part of them. And I'm asking you as a talent not my daughter. Come to our office today. 8am" my father said.

"O-okay!" I said and he hung up.

What's going on? How in the world?

I asked myself. I'm really confused right now.

I get up and went out of my house to run. I put my shoes on and plugged my earphone.

I jogged to the nearest park. Along to the music on my earphones. I breath heavily as I run for an hour now. I sat to one of the seats. I look up to the sky, the sun is now peaking. What a beautiful scene.

"Hmm. Hhmm..hmmmmm!" I hummed along to the music as I watched the sun rise.

KENMA'S POV

I heard my phone ringing early morning. What the heck? Who's calling me early in the morning? I'm too lazy to pick it up so I just ignore it.

But it keeps on ringing, I'm really getting annoyed. I picked it up.

"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?" I said to the one calling me. I'm really sleepy and I just want to sleep more. Because I spent hours playing and I just slept an hour ago.

"Calm down. Sorry for calling you this morning. But have you seen the trending video today?" Kuroo asked me.

"No and I don't care of what it is!" I said and when I'm about to end the call

"WAITTT it's about y/n!" Kuroo said and I get up real quick.

"What about her?" I asked him immediately.

"Just search for it. Bye!" Kuroo said and he ended the call. I get up and went to my computer to see what kuroo is talking.

Searching...

I click the video and to my surprised I saw her singing with a guy?

Wait??? A guy??? Is that the president of student council???

As I'm listening I browsed some of the comments on the video.

"What a lovely voice they have"

"Wish I'm with Seiji-senpai too"

"They look good together"

"I'm supporting this"

"Are they couple?"

"I want to hear more of this"

"Huh??" I said while reading all the comments and it pisses me off. She's mine, you know?

THIRD PERSON'S POV

Kenma went early to the school to talk to y/n. He waited but there's no y/n around.

"Megu, where's y/n?" He asked Megu on their breaks as he saw Megu passing by.

"Seriously, you asked me that. You didn't even say hi first? " Megu said feeling irritated just hearing y/n's name. She's been hearing her name early in the morning.

"Just answer!" Kenma said.

"I don't know" she said and Kenma just walk passed on her.

"Did you forgot to thank me?" Megu said but Kenma just gave her a scary expression. She just shut her mouth knowing she'd done something wrong the other day.

Kenma went to their clubroom finding y/n. He knocked on the door.

"Hai, come in!" Kenzo said and Kenma open the door and immediately looking for y/n.

"Is y/n here?" Kenma asked.

"Ahh. She's not here!" Kenzo said as he approached Kenma.

"Come on in!" Kenji said and Kenma went in to the room.

"Why are you looking for y/n?" Kenji asked Kenma.

"I-I just I want to talk to her!" Kenma answered.

"Sorry she's not attending class today. She messaged me that she's going to her father's agency" kenji explained.

"I've heard it's about business!" Takuya added.

"Ahh..okay. thank you!" Kenma said and making his way out.

"Is there a problem between you two?" Hito asked Kenma.

"N-nothing!" Kenma said

"Okay. If there's something we can help you. Just say it. Okay?" Kenji said and smiles at him.

"I will. Thanks" kenma said and he went out of the club room.

*sighed*

Y/N POV

I'm here where my father is working. I take a deep breath. I saw my father at the entrance he waves at me and giving his brightest smile. I walked towards him. He gave me a hug and somehow I felt safe in his arms.

"It's been a long time. I missed you!" He said as he stares at me.

"I missed you too Dad!" I said and smiles at him.

"Let's go?" He said and I just nodded. We went to the office.

"Just sit here. I'll be back!" My dad said and I just nodded at him. I looked at the office and it's neat and clean.

Suddenly the door opens. I look at it and saw Seiji on the door.

"Yo!" He said as he waved at me. I wave back at him. He sat next to me.

A few minutes later my dad and his boss went in to the room.

"Ohh Seiji you're already here!" His boss asked Seiji.

"Yes Dad!" Seiji said and smiles.

D-dad?? That's why his so talented.

"So, hi ms.l/n. Nice to meet you!" His dad said and he shake hands to me.

"N-nice to meet you too sir!" I said and bowed to him.

"So, I'll be straight forward to you two. I will ask you as a talent not my son nor my friend's daughter. Do you wanna work with us?" His Dad said and smiles at us.
