"Juri! You ungrateful mother! Who dares to leave their child outside in the cold?!" I yawned opening my door, who dares to bang on my door on my day off?? It was my neighbor Mrs. Lou she lives in the apartment next door. She looked angry.

"What can I do for you Mrs.Lou?" I asked kindly. Then her face turns red. She shoved a small boy in front of me who turned out to be Yukia.

"You leave your child out in the cold and expect me to not be mad. If your mother knew of this!" She basically had steam coming out of her ears.

"Thank you Mrs.Lou. come inside Yukia, my dear. Its cold out." He instantly had a smile on his face and he grabs my hand. I closed the door behind us then sighed. How did he figure out where I lived and why is he here??

"Are you hungry sweetie? What can I make you?" I smiled at him. He just shrugged. Thanks. So helpful.

"Okay you just wait there on the couch while I prepare you something to eat." He nods and runs to the couch watching my every move. I just began to cook some eggs, rice, bacon, and pancakes. I did make a lot of food for just the two of us huh? Why did I do that??

I went to go get Yukia but he was fast asleep with a blanket wrapped around him. I sighed. I guess I should try and figure out how to contact his parents.

But before I could do anything a knock was herd on my Door. I went to answer it. It was Kazuto. He gave me a blank expression.

"I'm sorry to bother you. But it seems like Yukia has bothered you again." I just shake my head then move aside. He just looks at me for a second.

"Come inside. Yukia fell asleep. " he nods then comes inside the apartment. He seem the huge pile of food in the kitchen and a sleeping Yukia on the couch and smiled. The apartment was all open So you can see from the living room to the kitchen.

He walks over to Yukia and sits down next to him. He pats his head then Yukia woke up. He looked at his father then got off the couch and ran to me. He stuck his tongue out at his father.

"Yukia you've already bothered Dr.Juri enough. We should be going." then he stood up.  What about all that food I made..!!!

"Why dont you guys stay for breakfast. I've already made the food and well you're already here." he shook his head. "Mr.Kirigaya, I'm sure its not bothering me at all if you stay for a meal." I giggled to try and convince him, I don't want to waste this food, just stay and eat.

"Please.." A whispered voice says and I looked down at Yukia who looked a little shy. I glanced at his father who looked shocked to hear his son say something.

"Why are we just standing here. Let's eat." Then we all sat down and ate. Yukia seemed to like it. We were kind of like a weird family while eating, but I'm sure his wife wouldn't appreciate this. I just didn't want the food to go to waste. After we ate we said our good byes. Yukia staying silent and mad the whole time his father made him leave.

"Thank you for the meal, sorry again for bothering you."

"Its not a problem. I didn't have much to do today anyways." He smiled at me. A warm smile. It made my heart race slightly. I felt my cheeks flush a little.

"If thats the case, why don't I make it up to tonight. We could have dinner. as a thank you for looking our for Yukia." I don't know what to say...

"I don't think your wife would like you going to dinner with another women." His smile dropped. Did I say something wrong??

"I'm not married. There's no one in the picture. Its just a thank you from me for looking after Yukia." He sounded colder by the second. Did I upset him somehow??

"Uh.. Alright then." I agreed because I felt like if I didn't I'd be frowned upon by god or something.

"I'll pick you up around 7:30 then." I just nod then he left. That was an odd morning. Its only 8 now, I could always go back to bed for a few hours then go shopping later for some food. Sounds like a plan, I'm tired still.

I just head back to my bedroom and lay back down in my comfy bed, my blankets wrapped around me like a burrito and then I fall asleep. After tossing and turning for a good 20 minutes.
