"Thank you for attending this conference with me Miss Juri. I needed the extra pair of eyes, and your views are always helpful." I smiled at Doctor Hoshie. He's the head surgeon and doctor at the hospital. So being called helpful by him is a lot. Even being offered a spot to go to a conference with him is lucky. It usually means that he's been watching your work and you'll get promoted soon, but I've been to three conferences.. And still no promotion. Maybe I really am just helpful to him and he likes hearing my opinion on the current topics. Which is an honor in itself,  still even if I don't get promoted I'm happy to be here.

"You're welcome Doctor Hoshie. I'm always happy to help." He smiled at me then he begins to walk towards the parking lot. Its getting late.

"I'll see you tomorrow Miss Juri. Have a good evening."

"See you tomorrow. You too!" I called out before going back inside the building. I forgot to grab my phone from the conference room. I was to busy talking with Dr.Hoshie. So I rushed back to get my phone. I was lucky I remembered my papers and files but I forgot my phone. Once i grabbed my phone and quickly tried to leave the building but ran into two people I didn't want to see.

Luke and Jin. Of all places they'd be its here, why? I don't understand why they're here either.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't Juri Ling. Still working the same job as always? Or have you finally moved up from assistant?" Jin laughs her arm linked with Lukes.

"Hello Jin. Still pining after Luke's full attention I see." I say continuing to walk past them, but me being me. I dropped all my papers that were in my hands. Of course I'm clumsy, so why did I think I could leave them here so easy.

I squat down and begin to pick up my papers then someone was next to me helping me. It was Luke. He hands me my papers and he smiled at me.

"Thank you."

"No problem Juri." then Out of nowhere Jin gave out a small scream. It sounded fake and not needed.

"Oh my god! Dr.Juri is trying to seduce my boyfriend. What a shameless women. Why would anyone go to her when she's so cunning?!" Jin exclaimed dramatically. Voices and whispers were herd if the people around us. I stood up with Luke and that made people talk even more.

"Who would of known such a pretty girl was so ugly."

"Yeah, she's shameless, I'll never have her treat me." many more remarks were herd, all negative only towards me though. I seen Jin smirk at me arms over her chest. Luke stood by her but didn't really say anything, thanks for sticking up for me Luke, asshole!

"And why would my fiancee need to flirt with other men?" I herd his voice and felt his hand grasp my wrist.

"who are you?" Jin asked once she seen Kazuto. I looked up at him and frowned.

"Are these two being mean to you Juri?" He asked smiling at me. I just nod.

"I am Kazuto Kirigaya, you might not know who I am. But you will, especially if you bully or harass my fiancee again." My face turned red, I rather him Call me his girlfriend than fiancee.

"Juri would never fall for a guy like you, she wouldn't want someone who only cares for themselves!" Luke says taking a step closer to us. I don't make eye contact with Luke at all. But the look on Jin's face. She's so angry.

"There's no way you two are together. Juri is a cunning women. But, there's no way she's good enough to get you to fall for her tricks." Kazuto laughs. that must of thrown Jin off because the priceless look on her face made me greatful to be kazuto's 'fiancee' For once.

"You're both stupid. She's gotten my attention and she didn't even have to lift a finger. Please refrain from calling my fiancee names, I don't like it. The only women I care for now, is Juri. Don't think you know our relationship or me. Juri is a capable woman, so she can fall for who she wants. Now if you'd excuse us, we have to be somewhere." Kazuto drags me along with him and his car is pulled right up to us. We get in the car and he placed a hand on my knee.

"T-Thank you Mr.Kirigaya. If you didn't show up I'd be toast, you saved my bacon!" I say then he slightly grips my knee and I look at him. He lets out a sigh then closed his eyes, his cold professional composer was replaced with a childish, cute looking one. He seems more calm and carefree at the moment. It was soon reclaimed by a grin once his eyes opened.

"So how will you thank me?" He asked getting closer to me.

"I.. Uh..." I'm At a loss for words. What do I even say?

"Maybe marrying me would be a thank you." He adds placing a hand on my cheek to make me look at him. No way! We just met!

"If you marry me you'd be getting 20% of my company, people who care about you. And your fathers gambling debt he's been running from for 15 years. it'll disappear. You'll family will be protected by me and I can assure you that nothing will happen without your permission." I blinked a few times trying to process everything he's just said. Its probably the most I've herd him talk.

"How did you know about my father?"

"That doesn't matter. All that does is your answer. I know the guys looking for your father have tracked you guys here. So as soon as you agree to marry me I'll have it taken care of." I don't trust this guy, He's willing to pay off 2 million dollars for a girl he hardly knows just because his son wants me to be his mommy? That doesn't seem right does it? Am I reading to much into it? Or is this guy really just trying to make his son happy?

"So what will it be. Juri Ling will you marry me?"  What should I do??
