narrations for my au (3)

second time

callie was looking back and forth from jihoon's room and fidgetting with her fingers. since it was already around six in the evening, students have already went home or at the cafeteria loitering. after some minutes, she heard a door opening as she peeked at the other hallway to see if jihoon went out already, and apparently he did.

she acted as if she just went out of their room too as she made her way sa may elevator pressing the button before jihoon can do. they both stood side by side as she felt pair of eyes looking at her.

"uhm, napindot mo pataas." jihoon says besider her as she immediately looked at the buttons and she actually did clicked up button, so she tried to double click the button but it was no use, "hindi na pwede," jihoon laughs, "sige na roundtrip na lang ulit," jihoon adds making callie back off for a second feeling jihoon's presence beside her.

as the elevator opened, they both got inside. while they're on a roundtrip— since there are no signal inside, callie can't help but to suddenly tap her fingers by the handle inside the elevator.

"so, org drive," she had to double look at jihoon to see if he really talked as callie nodded slowly, "may napili ka na ba na org? or wala pa?" he suddenly asked which made callie shake her head in disagreement.

"uhm," jihoon starts to rest his body by the corner of the elevator as he fiddle with the hem of his shirt again, "if you want lang," he stutters, "sa octave— well my best friend junhui told me you sing and ayun," he looks at her with hope in his eyes, "if you want to join lang naman," he chuckles making callie smile while pursing her lips.

"i actually thought about it, well," she shrugs, "might take bitag too and yfs," she looks at the screen to see what floor they were, she sighs, pababa pa lang sila ng 11th floor since biglang nag roundtrip nga, "ikaw? octave lang ba?" she asks making jihoon shrug as well.

"nakakatamad din sumali eh, pero hindi ba raw nakakapagod sa bitag?" he asks clasping both of his hands by his side resting his elbow by the handle near the corner, "challenge i guess? kasi nung high school never naman ako naging active sa mga organizations."

jihoon nodded as he stared at callie, "hindi ba you were part of koncertino?" he suddenly asked which made callie suddenly stumble a little, "uy ingat," jihoon says going to her holding her arm, "nahihilo ka ba dito sa elevator?" he asks laughing which made callie shake her head.

"medyo, pero ayon to answer your question yup, part ako before and even sang in one event." she says quietly.

"i was actually the one who played the drums backstage," he mumbles as callie nodded, "i know," she replies quietly.

as the elevator halted at the ground floor, it opens and they were greeted by some employees as they smile their way out. jihoon made callie tap her ID first as he followed behind. as jihoon looks around, he'd notice na wala pa yung sundo ni callie as he followed her sitting by the waiting area. she jumped in surprise as jihoon sat beside her playing with the lace of his ID.

"hindi ka pa uuwi?" callie asks slowly as she arranged her things beside her.

"hindi pa." he replies looking outside.

the atmosphere grew quieter but this is the first time it wasn't that awkward unlike before. jihoon was sneaking glances beside him as he saw that she was just scrolling through her twitter timeline. he doesn't mean to snoop, but he felt like it though, but he won't do anything to make her uncomfortable.

"sisi!" they both turn their head and they see a well-built man entering the school with a small smile plastered on their face, callie's face lights up as she gathered her things. before she can even walk off, she turns to her side and smiled at jihoon.

"uy una na ako ha? thank you for accompanying me." she says walking off which made jihoon's mouth open his mouth in shock that it felt like he was exposed, "ingat ka!" callie mouthed at him as she enters her car.

"anong accompany? hinihintay ko lang—" he stops midway shaking his head, "tanga jihoon, anong excuse na naman?" he laughs standing up as he exists the campus and made his way home.
