third time.

jihoon wasn't expecting someone outside room 610, as he finally finishes his task inside his room he saw  some students in front of the elevator. he sighs as he tightened his grip on his guitar case, while taking a turn by the hallway, callie was there waiting as they stare at each other.

"uwi ka na?" jihoon immediately asked to cut off the tension that was forming between them, callie nodded as she played with the hem of her hoodie, "sabay na tayo." jihoon adds as he walks off straight to the stairs, as he was in the middle of it he looks back and sees callie by the top still standing.

"uh... hindi ka ba mage-elevator?" she squeaks making jihoon smile as he shakes his head, "nope, kung ayaw mo though," jihoon gestures to the direction of the elevator, "bilisan mo bago maiwan—"

callie came running down the stairs as she ends up beside jihoon tightening her hold by her bag, jihoon smiles unknowingly as he went back and continued to get down by the stairs.

it was silent for a moment until callie spoke, "kala ko ba," jihoon was snapped out by his thoughs as he looks beside her with callie looking down at their feet being synchronized, "gusto mo mag elevator? lalo na pag round trip?" she asks making jihoon chuckle as he also looked at their feet moving.

"that was a lie," he admitted making callie's cheeks heat up from embarrassment when in fact dapat si jihoon ang nahihiya dito, "i never liked elevators." he adds making callie tilt her head by the side, jihoon looks at her and smiled, "it was just," he shyly gestures looking back in front, "to accompany you again kasi mag-isa ka." he mumbles.

he felt callie's presence hover beside him as he kind of flinched making callie release a small laugh, "okay lang naman mag-isa masaya nga eh," she replies, "so mas mahilig ka mag-stairs? baka lie rin 'yan ah." she adds with a hint of teasing but probably jihoon felt bad for lying the first time.

he shakes his head while pursing his lips, "mas gusto kong mag-hagdan especially pag mag-isa." he replies truthfully making callie nodded, "do i bother you now? layo ako on—" jihoon looks back at her fast making her jump a little.

"it's okay, you're not a bother." he replies as they both look at the floor and sees that they're already by the third floor. callie smiles shyly as she looks down making the silence take over them once again.

the trip was quite fast yet calming. they just talked about each other, making both laugh, or at some point jihoon was the one making questions towards callie because like what he said, he was intrigued by her. every step of the way, every time the woman opens her mouth, jihoon can't help but look at his side and stare at her side profile as he realized his cheeks were heating up.

"ikaw? may favorite moment ka ba nung high school?" he was cut off by his thoughts— again— as he shakes his head looking back in front, "wasn't that interested in high school pero probably retreat? that was it." he says as they finally reached the first floor.

jihoon told callie to go out first as he followed tapping his ID as well, callie immediately sat down by the waiting area as jihoon settled his guitar beside callie as he sat down on the other chair, "baka mamaya accompany ulit ah." callie teases as jihoon crossed his legs and clicks his tongue, "well pwede naman," he laughs, "joke, pero this time my mom and my brother will fetch me." he says.

callie nods as she realized about their talk a while ago, "uh is it too personal since retreat 'yon," she goes back to their talk again, "why was retreat your favorite moment? sa silang din ba kayo?" she asks. jihoon leaned back making himself comfortable by the chair as he nods, "may nabasa akong letter kasi during our third day, it was really heartwarming until now dala dala ko pa rin." he says as he smiles.

callie didn't ask furthermore to respect his privacy.

after that, they were on their own worlds as later on, jihoon's brother entered the campus calling for him, "kuya mak!" both of their heads looked at the direction as he sees it was chan, "tara na." he says bluntly as he went out. jihoon stood up fixing his things as he felt someone staring at him.

he looks beside him as he sees callie looking at him while fixing his things, "parehas kayo ng kapatid mo," she blurts out making jihoon laugh, "talaga? ampon lang 'yon eh." he jokes making callie laugh, "hindi, i mean may pagka-blunt kayo sometimes." she says as he sees her cheeks flushed pink again.

he nods as slings his back by his shoulder waving at callie, "ingat ka pauwi," he says making callie smile, "ikaw din." she replies as he waves good bye again.

lord, sign na ba ito na hindi pa ako pwede mag move on? she thoughts making herself laugh softly.
