AN: oh my god, it has been a long time guys! I'm really sorry I didn't update for so long, I'll try to be as regular as I can from  now! hope you enjoy this next chapter!

It had been 5 months since Percy fought Typhon, a lot of things had happened since then. Apollo had completed his quest as a mortal and had become a god once more. Jason Grace had died in the process. Annabeth chase had vanished off the face of the earth (in this timeline Apollo doesn't see Annabeth and  Percy at new Rome, for obvious reasons, instead he visits the Jackson-Blofis residence). Percy had a new baby sister. And Athena had been grim every day and scurried away after council meeting as if she had something more important to do.

ARTEMIS POV

What a long day it was today! I really need to get Diana to ride the moon chariot more often because attending a council meeting all day where nothing except the fight between Percy and Typhon was discussed really made you tired. On the plus side though Apollo was back so I had someone to cheer me up a little. Percy had been in a coma for I don't even know how long, it was really starting to worry me whether he would ever wake up. Percy once asked me whether godesses could pray, I believe I found the answer to that question because I had been praying day and night that he would wake up. These were the thoughts that passed through my head as I made my way back to the hunters camp. And boy did I get a huge surprise when I got there.

PERCY POV

I opened my eyes with a lot of difficulty as if I had opened them in a long time, I also felt as if I'd been out for a long time, around 5 months I would guess (OK MSITER LORD OF TIME ENOUGH SHOWING OFF!). I saw Apollo standing over me, and there was Thalia too though she was crying for some reason. I got up and heard my back pop so hard from all the inactivity, with a huge CRACK sound. Apollo simply smiled at me, though there was something different about that smile, I wondered what it was when Thalia ran forward and crushed my ribs in a hug. "Woah there, try not to kill me, I might be a god but I still feel pain you know." I joked, only to get punched in the gut, and hear her mutter something that sounded a lot like "seaweed brain". Then Apollo came forward and hugged me for some reason, huh maybe he did change on his journey as a mortal. OH RIGHT, Apollo got turned into a mortal, he probably learnt some valuable lessons and so he's changed, well that was nice!

I smiled at both of them then got up and went out of the tent, though I immediately regretted it because the sun was so bright. Apollo came up behind me and joked "Just because you're all chummy with the sun god, don't expect any relief from this mister, after the 5 months of council meetings I had to attend because of you I need some kind of revenge!" Then the rest of the hunt tackled me from behind, damn I had to work on that blind spot. I heard a voice say "Who are all of you suffocating to death over there? If it's Apollo then let me remind you to take it easy on him." I knew that voice.

ARTEMIS POV

Apollo poked out from behind the pile of hunters with a smug smirk on his face, so I know it wasn't him that was being crushed. Then the hunters backed away and up stood Perseus Jackson in all his seaweed brain-like glory, dusting of his p-j's with a lopsided grin on his face, well I knew there was nothing else to do and out of pure relief I rushed up to him and tackled him in a hug. Only to my surprise and apparently his too to hear a voice exclaim "Lady Artemis what in the Olympus's sake are you doing?"

AN:I believe we call that back exactly the same as you can see by my cliffhanger ending!Hope you enjoyed that chapter and I promise that there are going to be more updates and even a new book coming up!
